Hello Guys,

We need to replace the background-image url within the tdb_single_review_overall.php of the td-cloud-library plugin, because we want to show a gold or platin icon based on the rating.

Could you help me to address the right place in the code, because your code is very crypted for me and I don’t see how the functions get_custom_css or cssMedia work. Or how we can modify them, so that the css will be generated with our modifications before rendering. 🙂

When I tested the website on my iPhone 7plus using safari browser, banner images, logos, icons, and ad images are not showing up on the pages. It looks like empty boxes. When I tried in Google Chrome, everything works fine and I could see the images.

How to fix the disappeared images & icons on safari browser?

I’m frustrated at the speed of technical support I am (not) getting.

I have already been in touch with a problem I am having with a WP multisite. First contact was two days ago and then again yesterday.

I have emailed the Wp login details and the CPanel access to your contact email address but can see that no one has been in yet to take a look and fix the problem.

This is a client’s site and I need technical support NOW – not in a few days’ time.

I have paid extra with the license for technical support but am at a loss to understand what this extra cost gets me as I am being kept waiting and waiting and waiting for help…

Please do something soon otherwise I will have to look at using another theme and will leave bad reviews online to warn others not to use this theme.

Hi,

I would like to forced the header background color to be aligned with the layout container but i don’t find the setting.

I want also customize the same thing with the main menu and more, setting the main menu row height… but i don’t find.

My site contabilidad.com.do, for some reason is loading the mobile version of the theme, but in the PC… it is not supose to happen..

What do you think is? , or what part can i review in order to know why this is happening?

is it possible to change the breadcrumb text?
Example: Cars > Sports Cars > Porsche > Porsche 911: Specs, Pictures and Review
How could i change the breadcrumb text to “Cars > Sports Cars > Porsche > Porsche 911” without changing the title. I know its possible with the yoast seo breadcrumbs. Is is also possible with the breadcrumbs of the Newspaper 9 theme?

Can you please explain in simple terms where can I preview the mobile version of my website and how can I edit it?

I have read pretty much every tutorial here on the Mobile theme plugin and I’m sorry to say that I’m still none the wiser.

So on the site https://royalcoastreview.com/ we can edit anything with TD composer until the “Latest Articles” about 2/3s down the page. In TD composer mode I can’t do anything with the sections “Latest Articles” “Most Popular” and “Hot News” (and the sidebar ad)

I was previously on 9.2 of Newspaper but just made the jump to 9.7.2 today. Since updating I’ve found the auto-generated preview image thumbnail of an embedded Featured Video isn’t being auto-generated any longer when creating a new post.

I’ve tried with multiple videos across multiple new test posts but no image ever gets auto-generated. Nothing has changed from 1+ years of using the theme where this functionality did work. Instead I have to manually upload an image, however this functionality was useful
