Unfortunately our theme has no such options. You will have to either hire a developer to code it in or use some sharing plugins that have such features. Our sharing options only allow one account. There is no account page/ post preference. Sorry.

Our theme does not have this option to remove the sharing widget on specific posts so it will have to be made custom .luckily it;s not very hard to do it. you can use this function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/in_category/ This will check if the post belongs to a specific category. Then you can add a condition to the social widget like so: http://screencast.com/t/jjiJbOcjZg You will have to do this for every post style that you use. Further down the file shown is the social sharing bottom code you can also place inside such a condition.

} ?>This will result the sharing to only be enabled for the gadgets category. The reverse is !in_category like so:

Hi, I am setting up a membership site and need to use posts rather than pages to be able to gather them into categories. I have gone into the theme panel to turn off the social sharing for the relevant category but the settings are either on or off – no selection of categories.
I do not want to turn sharing off completely as it will affect my public site. How can I switch sharing off for specific categories?

1)Please notice that if you want to have more control in this way, you will have to use the SEO Yoast plugin because the theme does not control it. For more information about Facebook Sharing, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that if you are using some of these types of plugins, these can interact with the code of theme and cause a lot of unknown issues.

Unfortunately our theme has no sch option. The social icons were not added as part of any block. It can be made custom using font awesome in a text block if you want this feature. You can use a standard text block and place custom links with some font icons from font awesome like the sharing options you mention. Please notice that our theme does not have any influence for your posts when these will should display on Facebook. The theme only takes the link for your posts and puts it on Facebook….For more information about this process, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Another thing that could cause this type of issue should be your untested plugins or your additional customizations if you have something like that. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem will still persist, you can try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.

I’d like to suggest that you add a print friendly button with your sharing blocks in a future revision. I use the Add to Any Share plugin. It works fine but would look a lot better if the print Icon were in the same locations as your sharing buttons.

When you click the button, open the popup window social that you show in the screeshot, normally.
The problem is that, in this popup window, when you click the Post button, nothing happens on Facebook, that is, no posting.
When checking the Facebook account of a friend, he receives the notification that I (my account) shared a link, and clicking to view, show that the page is not available:
“This page is not available
The link you followed may be broken or the page may have been removed. ”
I understand that by clicking the compartilher button of the FB and FB popup window open, from there the process is done by Facebook. So, so, I thought it was a problem with Facebook. However, I tested it in more than one FB account and it’s not posted.
I also made tests sharing posts from other sites, and this problem does not happen, it is usually shared.
This problem is only happening with the share coming from my site.
Will you be going on a site permission problem?

When I access my website http://www.reviewfood.net – It works fine on desktop
But
It is NOT rendering Home page content (created using Visual Composer) on mobile devices. Header and footer areas are displayed in mobile. Even Related posts/articles at the end of page content is displayed too.

Please try to identify what you changed since you last saw it working properly and revert any changes. You can try to disable all plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset cdn files but even so, whatsapp sometimes is able to grab the image and sometimes not. I ran a quick test in sharing an article from our demo but no image was grabbed so it could be an app issue.

I am re-optimizing my network sites since upgrading from v2 v3, and needing to revisit all the past steps from past 3 years with new TadDiv tech, code, etc.
This project presumes I will do several advanced things
1) run mod_pagespeed on deploy; currently disabled for all other efforts; with proper webp format support added as mime type and in htaccess (MPS converts some png files to base64 inline, and others to .webp format when better than jpeg)
2) compress main css and js files not already compressed after ‘thinning’
3) decomment some TD files loaded by pages which are (ahem) overly commented
4) have proper gzip/deflate/TTL elements on server
5) no caching used for initial deploy (MPS uses opcache/memcache)
6) move CSS to footer and use critical CSS generator for inline above the fold CSS
7) test free SSL cert and http/2 on our new server for 2017
8) test move to PHP7 from PHP5

Running PHP 5x with PHP7 installed and will test ‘7’ once initial deploy stable with my ‘thinning’ and optimization.

When sharing an article using the facebook button in the theme post page, I notice the category and subcategory names are added to the Facebook Post excerpt. Is this a bug?

I have an additional question related to this (I am new to this theme)

While this CSS changes the color of the comments box, this CSS doesn’t change the color of the pointer that appears just below the comments box div.
I assume it is a background image file linked to the CSS of the comments box and that it must be revised from default black to the website’s new theme colors.
Could you point me (and likely others here) to the folder containing these elements and also provide the proper CSS to change the pointer?

My question is:
1) Is it possible to center the title on the images/article teasers on the slider?
2) Is it possible to center the title + tags, categories etc on the teaser of an article when using your block layout?
3) Is it possible to center the title + tags, categories etc. on a post but only on the section of the post – not the entire page, eg when having a column to the right we dont want the title to go above the column section, but only to be centered over the article/post.
