Hi,
i have noticed that posts preview image don’t show when sharing posts links on social media.
It rather displays the site’s favicon when sharing a post’s link on whatsapp – some random image when sharing a post’s link link on facebook – and no image at all when sharing a post’s link on Telegram.

What is causing that ? How to solve it ?

I imported a Cloud Section to my homepage.

But, I can’t seem to position it to the place where I want it to be. I have tried click and drag but, that is not working.

How do I reorder the rows or sections on my page?

I have chosen to put several in-article ads in my articles after a determined number of paragraphs used à tagdiv post model.

The problem is that depending on the articles, the advertising is sometimes found in an image block, in a column block or in a highlighted block. See the link images.Example 1Example 2Example 3

How to force ads to fit only when they are between two text paragraphs ?

Hello, my client is a professional whose main social network is LinkedIn. He needs certain features like sharing single posts on LinkedIn and furthermore even sharing entire Category pages like this one https://staging.charterpartydisputes.com/category/laytime-demurrage/ on LinkedIn so far I’ve only found the “Single Post Share” that seems to not include a LinkedIn share and can’t be edited to add/remove Social media. Is there any element available to help me with that feature? Please, if the answer is no, can you reccomend any other solution? This is really important feature for my client.

I am facing issues importing templates from the Cloud Library. I am trying to import Cloud Templates. I pressed the ‘add new’ button and chose my template.

The issue is, that I am seeing the page in which it says the template is “Installing” and the bar is not moving at all. It essence, the import is not taking at all. I’ve been waiting for a long time. What’s the issue and how to solve?

Hello, I am using the mobile theme actively in my newspaper theme. But I am having some problems. Most of the time, mobile theme is active in computer and tablet view, and computer view is active in mobile view. It works the opposite way. I clear the cache to fix this but it doesn’t help. It goes back to past after 1-2 minutes. Can you solve this problem?

Dear TagDiv crew,

we have some issues with scroller in post after third paragraph. The company whose ad we placed, wrote to us:

“There is a class with a line td-fix-index that has a transform feature and that breaks our ad. The problem is that when the feature is turned off, the logo of the website disappears. What has to be done is that the interscroller should be taken out of that class to make it work.”

Could you please assist with this?
