My website is Techbenzy.com. My issue is if I visit my website or someone visit my website on mobile then the mobile logo of the website first appears at the right side of the theme. So What should I do.

When I change something on home page with tagDiv Composer and save it, it doesn’t saves 🙁 and doesn’t shows in live view. Can you help me please?

Hi,
more & more people use Signal instead of the Whatsapp messenger. It’s the top messenger in the app stores and also get used more than Telegram.

I would like to offer that our users could share a post to Signal. Is that possible?

I see in the Theme Panel – Post Settings that you can share to Telegram & Whatsapp, but not to Signal, as pre-selected.

Is there a way that your developers add this choice?

First of all thanks for creating such kind of a great theme. It’s really amazing. I have encountered two problems while customizing the theme:

1. I have added categories and pages to my main menu and customized the menu colors. Menu colors are being shown in pages as I have customized (Red) but whenever I go to any category page main menu colors are getting back to their default colors (Blue in this case). I tried to fix it from Tagdiv Composer on the Category template, but everything looks fine there. Here are the images regarding the problem:

2. I use Flex Block 3 on the Home page and headers have been set to Global Header in Tagdiv Composer. But sometimes headers on different blocks (all are Flex Block 3) are shown in a different ways despite the settings are the same. I changed them to Block Header 1 – Default, but it doesn’t help. Hi,
I use a separate social sharing plugin. However, their AMP buttons do not work, so I have the sharing buttons enabled, but only show them on AMP pages.

It seems that the Newspaper theme outputs some Open Graph data. Twitter cards do not show the correct image that I’ve inserted at a per-post level and the developer of the social sharing plugin says it seems to come from the theme.

Is there any way to disable Open Graph output from the Newspaper theme? Without turning the sharing buttons off entirely?

Hello,seeking for help with this issue which is happening 3-4 times already.
When I load the page its showing plain content (not css styled)and a code that should not be there.
If i clear the cache, it’s get back to normal. But until that the people are seeing mixed page. This is very bad.
Pls help resolving this issue. I have tried to reduce the caching to 1 hour and even than it happen again.

I’m sorry for asking such basic question, how can I reproduce article meta info row of prebuilt template GOURMET PRO?

Detail;
In the Single Template of Cloud Template for GOURMET PRO, there’s a row which shows meta info such as author name, date, page views, number of comments above article section.
When I try to reproduce same row via tagDiv composer, I couldn’t done it properly.
For example, please check the image I attached. I drag and drop Single Post Date element to right next of number of comments element (Where blue arrow indicates). But it doesn’t settle on right place and it wants to settle on light-green highlighted area and then it’ll be inserted on the place underneath ‘Sample Post Subtitle!’.
How can I place elements side by side to achieve creating the row like the one on original template?

Hi,

I’ve just launched and am having two major issues.

1) When I go to post an article on Facebook, via phone or desktop, it only comes up with the link to the website. No metadata, image, or description. When I clear the cache it might work but then it’ll stop working after a while. Something is messing around with it constantly. Twitter seems to work fine.
I’m also using Yoast SEO.

2) I have a few changes I made to the mobile homepage, mainly just the top articles structure, however it seems to be reverting back to desktop settings after a while.

On desktop my featured image is HUGE and takes up too much space.

How can I make it smaller and center aligned so there’s a better layout?

But, on mobile it is currently proper. I don’t want it to be smaller on mobile.

I need to only adjust the desktop layout so it’s way smaller.

I tried adjusting the width, but then it adjusts the width on mobile, too, which is a problem.

Hi,

I’ve been customizing Post template 70 – Pandemic Pro. The original template’s sharing buttons don’t seem to work for me as they just wont appear on the live posts.
Does anybody know why is that?
I was using Jetpack’s sharing button feature – but even after disabling this feature the template’s buttons don’t work.
Can anyone please help me?

I’m here once again asking for your help. This time, whenever I try checking my website outside my WordPress account, even on PC, I get a very different (and uglier) look than the one I want to have on my website. For some reason, the home page is not being updated, but some of the posts are. And if I access as an admin, everything looks fine, but the problem is that 95% of the people who is going to access the website is not going to have an account. Can you help me with this? This same issue is happening to the mobile website. The website address is moavoficial.com

I have noticed that when adding multiple rows, a lot of margin/padding is added above and below the element (image, etc).

How can I reduce this spacing?

Example 1:
I have a row with 2 columns, each containing an image block.
On desktop, these appear perfectly side by side.
On mobile, they appear stacked (as expected) but there’s a lot of vertical spacing between the images.
In addition, there’s a lot of space between that row and the row below it.
How can I reduce this spacing?

Example 2:
I have the revolution slider setup as the top row.
Below that I have a row with a different color background.
My expectation is that on both mobile and desktop, the bottom of the revolution slider would touch the different color background of the row below (with no blank space).
On desktop this seems to be working.
However, on mobile, there’s a lot of blank space below the Revolution slider.
How can I remove this space?

Also, is it possible to specify that the revolution slider be “taller” on desktop (and size the images accordingly)?
This way I have wider images on desktop and taller images (portrait) on mobile.
