Recently we faced issue on our website that was showing pop up ads & unknown redirects to spam websites from our site upon analyzing it has been occurred multiple times and we have tested many things like plugin enable disable test , .htsacces & core files security malware scans & many things but we haven’t found any root cause for it not as per the engineer we need to re-validate the theme core files to be sure that the popup are not being loaded to the website. hereby i am sharing you the theme file can you ask you, dev team, to have a look if we have any malware or port open somewhere by some malware in the theme files?

I’ve followed the steps below to add the social share buttons to my Single Post Template, but the Instagram sharing button is missing:

STEPS FOLLOWED:
“First make sure that you have selected some social share in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/QP2cZOU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/3U3CueI.png after these are set and are not displaying, then you need to edit the single post template from tagDiv Cloud library with tagDiv Composer and add the social share element -> https://i.imgur.com/Z64kvct.png -> https://i.imgur.com/Ee8EtTv.png ”

As you can see in the images below, the Instagram option is missing:

How could I add the Instagram button to the Social Share section?

Hey , I am currently using Gadgets Pro Demo and I am unable to see any Social Network other than navier in Sharing Article section of Theme Panel.

I can see that its not even on demo site

so is there anyway i can add using TD composer or anything?

or on any specific template?

Hi. When someone is sharing a blog post on facebook the featured image doesn’t show. How can this be fixed please?

I created two pages for my website (https://techigtv.net)
Below are the two pages that I created I also share the link of these two pages
1) Privacy Policy Techigtv – https://techigtv.net/privacy-policy-techigtv/
2) Disclaimer for Techigtv – https://techigtv.net/disclaimer-for-techigtv/

A problem that occurred here is, These two pages content are not showing on the mobile, whenever I click on these two pages its shows Page Name only…I also share the screen capture of my phone Please check
1.Image – Footer Section where I added these two Links
2.Image – Privacy Policy Techigtv
3.Image – Disclaimer for techigtv

One Last thing I have to clear that in amp pages these two links will not appear (I am fine with that) but if we use non-amp version than these two links appears and when I click on this link it shows like 2.Image & 3.Image which I mention above

I think you Can understand me what I am asking for Please Help and Resolve this issue for me.

Seems like recently, what i configure in General post settings does not apply :
Examples :
-I set sharing button on top + bottom of article, it only shows for bottom (the previous config)
-I set to display related article by category, it still try to display by tag (no other tag found)

I disabled Super cache plugin, remove cache

When I created a new page with help of Ready-to-use page Templates – on the step 1 – Template import was done well.
When I try to save and open Page – I can see an Empty page
is it Template Bug Or what am I doing wrong? please explan 🙁

We are unable to use the classic editor with the visual + text editor.

Not even the gutternberg block editor is working very well.

Tests already performed:
– All but plugins except tag div composer to test incompatibility
– We tested on three different browsers
– Try to upload the WordPress editor js again
– We try not to concatenate scripts with a function in wp-config.php
– We try to use WPBakery

How to run the editor again. We can only post or test in HTML or that is not functional and practical for all users. Can you help us?

Saw your other post where you advise users to share:

– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
to contact@tagdiv.com

Unfortunately out of web safety concerns, we are uncomfortable with sharing security credentials with external parties. Please kindly advise steps to take to resolve this.

Hello, I use the theme with dental studio demo. I modified the demo for my website bu i have some problems. I tried to add images on the homepage in the td composer and got error. You can see the error in the link bellow.

I also resized resolutions of immages same as the example images. I can’t add any. I also have same problem on the gallery page.

Hello,

I have a problem when I try to change the banner image trough TagDiv composer. It won`t upload new banner image, it is .jpg with the same dimensions. I managed to change the banner by replacing original .jpg file via FTP, but that is not the solution.

The message is “Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation….”

Hi guys,

I can’t seem to remove the social share icons before and after single posts. I tried to hide these via the social sharing section on theme panel but they still show.

If you suggest I clear cache, I’m not sure how this is done?

Can you help me remove/hide these social icons before the posts.
