The smartlist ad is positioned depending on the smartlist you use on the post. http://screencast.com/t/W7ZCy7Ec
Unfortunately visual composer is not tested on posts. It can be used but some things may not align properly. You can try it out and see how it works.
I cannot offer a solution for this except use a different smartlist. The article inline ads will not work with smartlists and changing the smartlist ad position involves editing the theme files.

Please check your smartlist code in the back-end in text mode and check for any open html tags. Try to remake your smartlist as they are very sensitive to html code and tags. Copy the text somewhere and add it in text mode directly. Try to change a few things and see if the problem is still there.
If it is, please update your theme to the latest version as some smartlist code was improved and it may fix your problem. You can use this guide to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

You can remove the sidebar from the post when you create it: http://screencast.com/t/iRWyTjnjPCw
You can alternatively delete it from the code. For smartlists we reccoment post style 5 as this post template does not show featured image. You can edit this file: http://screencast.com/t/GsjkyPXkbe and comment out or delete the highlighted code. this will remove the sidebar entirely from the whole website.

Unfortunately you cannot hide the sidebar based on smartlists but you can hide it based on post id’s. Every post has a unique id you can see with your browser inspector: http://screencast.com/t/LOWjAktF
Fopr example the post id from the above screenshot is 1385 so i would use css to hide the sidebar on that particular post like so:

.postid-1385 .td-main-sidebar{
display:none!important;
}

You can use this code to apply it to your particular posts you want to use smartlists on. Simply copy and paste the code then change the id. (you can get the id from the back-end as well: http://screencast.com/t/gYFV7SoYF)

When you use smartlists the article ads will no longer display. If you want ads displayed you will need to use the three smartlist templates showed above by Catalin.
If these ads do not display correctly, please make sure you use the correct input method for your ads. If you use adsense, then you can input the ad code directly in the theme panel. If you use anything other than adsense, you will need to use this method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads/
If the problem is still there and the input method is correct, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the ads.

Unfortunately, our theme has not tested to works properly with TagDiv Gallery in Smartlist. This error can occur because it is a gallery in another gallery. I have added this bug on our list of fixes and our developers works hard to find a solution for this in our future updates. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I see most images appear on your website. Just the one smartlist creates problems. Please try to recreate your smartlist and check for any at all open tags in text mode. You can also try it without any plugins to rule out a plugin conflict.

Unfortunately we have no easy way to do this. You can make the smartlist use another title instead of h3 if you want so for example you can make it use the h4 tag so the h3 tags will be ignored, http://screencast.com/t/AtfwQrxmRLZg but in order to make it ‘jump’ over a few h3 tags when these are set to be used, it will require a bit of coding knowledge.
You need to hire a freelancer for this one if you want it like so.

Do you refer to the length of the h3 title for you smartlists?
If you do, please make sure you use the latest theme version 6.6.1 as there is not limit for title length. Or if you don’t want to update the theme please check the code – http://screencast.com/t/dX9bIMCcaYII

Hi,
The ad not showing when using a smartlist is not a problem but a theme default behavior. The fact that the ad displayed on your smartlist 4 is the exception. The only smartlists that are supposed to show ads are the last 3 ones: http://screencast.com/t/BDemVpgzPv which have ads inside their content. Any other post ad will not show by default when using a smartlist. In your case the ad could have appeared due to modifications made to the files.

This problem is because of the smart list. Normally the ad should not appear at all when a smartlist is used.

I’ve tested on my side for articles with smartlist enabled and everything seems to works perfectly. Our theme has 3 kind of smartlist with ads (smartlist 6,7,8) – http://screencast.com/t/Gc2Z54WgO – http://screencast.com/t/d6f5xLH9 .
Also, if you want to show the ad in your smartlist, please use smartlist 6, 7, 8, as you wish. If you do not use them, the ads will not appear in other smart lists.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about this so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.

I have tested this again and for smartlist 6, the same method applies. If you want to remove the list item number on smart-list 7: http://screencast.com/t/LmaYixeY
On smart list 8 is a whole different matter. The numbers cannot be targeted only for this particular smartlist. You can only remove the numbers for all the smartlists. Smartlist 8 gets the number from the global smartlist number code. You can follow this topic to remove that one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/smart-list-8/
