Hello,

I am using Newspaper theme version 12.7.6.

I have a problem in the Theme Panel > Ads section. When I open the Ads panel, I can see all ad positions such as:

Header ad, Sidebar ad, Article top ad, Article inline ad, Article bottom ad, Custom ad 1, Custom ad 2, etc.

However, when I click on any ad position to open and edit it, the panel does not open. Instead, the loading icon keeps spinning and nothing happens.

Could you please help me resolve this problem?

Thank you.I am experiencing a persistent issue with Facebook sharing/scraping on my website serenissima.news, which uses the Newspaper theme by TagDiv.

I have already performed a deep cleanup of the database and verified the server configuration. Before suggesting the usual “contact your hosting provider to whitelist Facebook in the firewall,” please consider the following:

I am the hosting provider. I own and manage the server (DirectAdmin based).

The firewall is NOT the issue. There are dozens of other websites on the same server (same IP) that share perfectly on Facebook without any blocks.

The issue is site-specific. Only the installation using the Newspaper theme is failing to provide the correct metadata or is being blocked/rejected during the scrape.

What I have checked so far:

Metadata: Standard OG tags are present, but the Facebook Debugger is not pulling them correctly.

Plugins: Performed a cleanup of caching plugins (WP Super Cache removed) and optimized the wp_options table.

Isolation: As mentioned, other sites on the same server work flawlessly, ruling out any server-side IP blacklisting or Firewall (CSF/LFD) interference.

I suspect there is a specific conflict within the theme’s header output or a built-in SEO/Open Graph setting in TagDiv that is clashing with Facebook’s crawler.

Please provide technical insights that don’t involve “whitelisting” as that has already been ruled out.

I would like to request a small change regarding my Newspaper Theme license activation. Currently, the license is activated on http://www.zyqorr.com, but for security and configuration purposes, I need it to be activated on the root domain zyqorr.com instead.

Could you please:

– Deactivate the license from http://www.zyqorr.com, and
– Activate it on zyqorr.com

This adjustment is important for my website’s setup and SSL configuration.

Please let me know once the update is completed or if you need any additional information from my side.

Everytime i post a article with featured image it post the image big with a wrong size.
i want that it set the image automatic smaller, but the theme make it always bigger.
What it wrong ?

My goal is to ensure that each custom video post dynamically displays the video relevant to that individual post. However, I am unable to find the correct method to achieve this with the imported Compass template.

Currently, this functionality works seamlessly when I use the default template—removing the imported template allows the video to display as intended for each post.

I am using the Newspaper theme and currently have a MailChimp newsletter subscription form set up via the theme’s TagDiv Composer module. My client would like to switch from MailChimp to Zoho Campaigns.

I have the full Zoho embed code (which includes its own <form> markup, input fields, and button).

I need to:

Replace the existing MailChimp form with this Zoho embed code.

Ensure the Zoho form inherits the same styling (font, button colors, spacing) as the original MailChimp form, so it blends seamlessly with the site design.

Could you please guide me on the best way to do this? Specifically:

Should I use the “Embedded Form Code” field in the module, or is it better to use a Raw HTML element?

What CSS selectors should I target to apply my theme’s styles to the Zoho form inputs and button?

Are there any compatibility considerations with TagDiv Composer when using a third-party embed like Zoho?

Any help or sample CSS to maintain a consistent look would be greatly appreciated.

Wordpress has a built-in “sticky” post function where you can mark one post as “Sticky” to ensure that it always displays at the very top of the list of posts, even if it isn’t the latest post: https://i.imgur.com/Pe6CgoD.png

I test this function in the Newspaper theme to see if it would appear as the first post in the Flex Block 1 I have at the top of my front page. However it doesn’t seem to work as it would with a default WP theme. Is there a way to support this functionality in Newspaper or a way to recreate it without much hassle?

Subject: Mobile menu shows old background image + social icons, cannot find them in Composer

Hi tagDiv team,

I’m using your theme with the “Shop Audio” template and working with tagDiv Composer.

I’m having an issue with the mobile (hamburger) menu:

When I open the menu, it shows an old background image (with speakers) I didn’t add – and I can’t find it in the Composer to remove or change it.

Also, social media icons (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) appear at the top, but I can’t find them in any row/column in the Composer either.

I double-checked:

The correct header & mobile templates are assigned.

The elements are not visible in the structure panel.

I had to hide them using custom CSS, which works but isn’t ideal.

❓Question:
Where exactly can I edit or remove the background image and the social icons in the mobile menu, when they are not visible inside the Composer?

Since a few days, the Recent comments components i was using in TagDiv Composer doesn’t work anymore.

It is still normally displayed in the Composer (for settings and so on), but no comments are displayed (in the composer as well as with the published footer).

Before it was working flawlessly. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ?

I suppose it can be related to some updates in WordPress.

For several days now, I’ve been having problems with the site I’m making. When I’m on TagDiv Composer, the page takes a long time to load and, above all, when I try to save, it spins endlessly.

Similarly, when I navigate from one page to another, it easily takes 8 seconds. Yet my pages are quite simple, with just images and text.

Could you please help me?

I’ve tried using WP Cache and Autoptimize as well as EWWW Optimizer for images. It doesn’t make any difference.
