I’ve imported newspaper demo content (news magazine) on our site and started to change it. I’m having some issues on the homepage:

– when the page is still loading, menu and some other elements have an odd style and a second or two later (when loading is finished) these elements revert to our chosen style and switch colors -it’s like two sets of CSS are loaded at different times.

– There is a content that I can’t delete or edit on the homepage. This content was imported and is a part of demo but when using TD Composer I can’t select.

If all items are configured the same, how is it possible that some items show the sidebar and others do not? I don’t understand.

I am facing a very strange issue with the search template. It’s a custom template. When I search something that doesn’t exist in the database, it shows different template (the header changes magically) than the template that shows up when the results are found.
Also it shows no message like “No results” or “Nothing found”.

I know that it’s extremely hard to understand what I am talking about from the above statements. That’s why I made this document. Please check with this link.

Please give me a solution as soon as possible because I have to publish my website.

We are having a very strange issue. The Previous/Next and Load More buttons underneath the modules only work when a user is logged in while viewing the website. If not logged in, the buttons take the visitor to the top of the page like an anchor. The lowest level of User where the buttons work correctly is ‘Contributor.’ All others below it such as ‘Subscriber’ see the issue/error.

I have created a test page and user for you to see the issue yourself. See page information and credentials below. I have also created a short video demonstrating the problem. We purchased extended support today just to fix this problem, so hopefully your expertise can help us get this resolved.

When the issue appears, the following is displayed in the console:

Since this morning my adsense ads are gone. I have not received any Google infringement notification. I’m thinking it’s a theme problem. I am attaching something strange that I saw here while inspecting element.

for some strange reason the home page where I used TagDiv composer to design it is now out of order after updating to 9.7.3 the latest version of newspaper theme. However, when I log into my WP site, I see it normally fine. I logout and it gets disorganized again. I reinstalled and activated all plugins when updating. my system status is all green, so I know it was fine. Can you tell me what could be causing this?

I have seen a large number of pages that contain a structured element of erroneous AMP.

My question is, if it is a problem of the adaptation of tagdiv Mobile to AMP, or if it is a problem foreign to this theme.

Does anyone have any information about it?

Hope not to make it to complicated, but I have two questions that are both related to implementing Adsense code in NewsPaper Theme (latest version 9.7). Been using the theme for two and a half years now andour newssite is growing rapidly thanks to your great theme for one. So great job.

That said: I use Automatic ads from Adsense and had pasted the code in between the <head> tags of header.php of the theme. Needless to say the when updated I had to implement that code again. Before v9.7 I implemented the code directly on different places on my pages through RAW HTML and that worked great. But since the last version this makes tagDiv Composer behave strange. I get my page in a kind of top bar of a few inches and have to scroll down. Normaly the page is screenwide, but not anymore.

What did I do?

1. removed all raw html code trough the classic editor from all pages. Now tagDiv Composer works great again
2. Added my Adsense code for automatic Ads in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ads and all Article and Post Ads
3. Saved these settings
4. Worked on my articles and revisited my Themepanel
5. All AdSense codes in the Ads section where gone

Any idea how to fix this so I can get my revenue from Adsense up again? Do I need to remove the Adsense code out of the header.php?

My problem is the the video format has disappeared. I’ve been using Newspaper for years, but suddenly the video post option is gone. It’s strange because I can still play the videos on the front end that I originally inserted in the website, but when I go to the admin panel to look at the video posts from the back end, there’s no option for a video post.

Here is what I did to try to fix the problem but the video post format still doesn’t show:

1) I disabled all the plugins except page builder and cleared the cache but the video post format is still not visible.

2) I don’t know what cdn is so I assume it’s not being used on my site.

3) I don’‘t have any custom code.

4.) I don’‘t use a child theme.

Hi. I updated to version 9.7.3, but I can not add widgets areas from tagdiv. Even disappear if I make some adjustment to the look and feel of the home of the site, and I had to restore a previous copy. My attachment one shows how the widget is now displayed with the update, the second attachment indicates that I see that strange black icon that I had not seen before. In addition, the block to add widgets is not listed in tagdiv elements. Could you please help me? Thank you.

I am trying to access a wordpress post that I have been working on for several day, but suddenly I am unable to open it.

When I click to open, I get a white page with the message: ‘The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ But, I have received no email.

Everything had been working absolutely fine!

I have unplugged some plugins. This helped briefly; I was again able to open the post. BUT, within minutes the post would crash again, and I was then once again unable to open it. So I am not sure if plugins are causing the problem.

The strange thing is, I am able to open different posts with no apparent problem. It just seems to be ‘one’ particular post.

I’m relatively new to worpress and have no real clue as to what has happened. So any help would be much appreciated.
