This is a strange issue that is for sure. I have spent some time on your website and I have seen it happen. It is only present for a few seconds then it disappears, but after some scrolling on the page it happens again.
My suggestion would be to disable all your plugins except the ones bundled with the theme, remove any modification inserted in theme panel custom code sections or added to the theme files, then clear any caching you have installed. Basically you need to return the theme to the default state and use only the latest version of the plugins from the theme package, so you can then identify the possible cause. This is not a bug probably, as we haven’t had any other similar problems reported or seen this happen before, and most likely it is caused by a plugin.

Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi, i’ve strange issue with visual composer on homepage:
I’m make my custom homepage with visual composer for desktop view and i hide some block only for mobile where a special block with infinite loop is used… It’s all ok in firefox and edge but when i try to view via google seach console or google chrome from desktop, i’ve see only mobile block…

When I edit the sidebar from Theme Panel>Categories>Custom Side bar+position happens this strange thing (after saving, of course).
When I open the page I don’t see any change. Always the side bar is on the right position with a widget I have in the main homepage at the bottom (at the right of latest news).
But if I try to customize this page in this same page, I mean clicking customize on the top menu at the left, just to try to get out this widget (there is no option because I can’t see the widget zone, only footer 1, 2 and 3), then I see the bar as I customized from Theme Panel. But if I close the customize window automatically the side bar appear again on the right side.
I have no idea what to do.
Hi to all, we had bought some hours ago this fantastic theme and we had uploaded on our staging site for some test before upload online….
We are using last version 7.8 and we have an strange issue with menu and submenu that is not perfectly aligned..
A little question: how can i disable sidebar on mobile?

I could be wrong but I don’t think we started to have problems until February 2017. So I am not sure if there was anything in the last couple of updates that could be conflicting with our hosting environment in some strange way that could be causing the problem. However, the problem only occurs with the Newspaper theme.
That’s strange. I tried deactivating the plugins and clearing the cache, and it had no effect.
I haven’t added any custom code, and don’t’ use a child theme. I did use the beauty blog settings during setup of the theme, so that shows up in “custom body classes” in the theme panel, but I haven’t edited any code, if only because I really wouldn’t know what I’m doing.
I don’t suppose there’s an easy way to fix this?

1. This is a strange issue as a post that belong to the category should be present in the category archive as well. Please make sure these 2 posts are published properly and re-save the settings.
2. The featured image will be automatically grabbed from the post if it is set to a video format and you add a featured video. But the featured image field must be empty before you add the video. If you added the video with an existing featured image and then deleted the featured image, then the you will have to remove and re-add the video.

It depends on the video thumb itself as it has to be at least the size of the container in which you want to show it. If the thumb is not at least the size of the container then it will not be able to show up properly as our theme only crops images, it does not enlarge them

We are experiencing the appearence of ghost pages in the sitemap of sites, that have been set up with demo-content. pages with the url “domain.com/p3” or “domain.com/8” are created, but not visible in the list of pages. but they are added to the sitemaps and causing strange problems with google.
is there something special with your demo-contents?

It seems as if I activate the mobile theme, I am able to get the mobile menu to work. I can change menu option from mobile theme-settings in the admin panel (and from the checkbox in the menu settings).
I want to use sliders and some other plugin features on the mobile version site, so it would be best if I could have an identical version as the desktop version. But what seems really strange is that when I deactivate the mobile theme the menu doesn’t slide out. The page just zooms out as before. All plugins except visual composer is deactivated. I also read the strange Chinese symbols post. It talks about htaccess file. That’s okay for an Apache server.
But we are on a Nginx server. How should we resolve this?

I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your caching, purge cdn files and deactivate the child theme to see if the problem is still there. If it is not, then one of these is the cause for this to happen. Activate your child theme and check if the problem appears. Then activate the plugins one at a time, while checking for this issue.

I am currently running Newspaper Theme 7.7.1 on WordPress 4.7.3 (as of this writing) on a server running PHP 7.1. I have disabled all plugins. I have disabled my child theme. Switching to 2016 theme solves the problem instantly.
I am having trouble with embedding URLs displaying their content instead of their post content. You can view an example below. I have checked and confirmed that the original posts are still present and are visible. I have checked to make sure the embeds are not linked and that they are on a separate line. I have tested adding the URLs to embed in the visual editor as well as the text editor.

Multiple Instagram URLs are displayed instead of the post images. This is also occurring (with less frequency) with other social media networks.
The problem is intermittent as you can see that some Instagram posts are loading above and below the URLs that are being displayed.
If I edit the post and save the post, the URLs will appear. However, if I create a new post and embed the same Instagram post, the Instagram post and not the URL may appear.
It almost appears to get worse over time (degrade in some way) where more and more links start reverting to URLs and not the posts.
I have turned on debugging and I am not receiving any error messages or notices of any sort.
Something that may also be related. Social Media Embeds are defaulting to strange languages on some posts. I had to write a small script (which I disabled for testing the above problem when I deactivated my child theme) to re-write the language select on embeds.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have inspected your website on iPhone and I noticed that some images are not loaded because you are using some specific language symbols which Safari (Apple devices) does not recognize and the URL will be broke.
I have inspected your website for many browsers and I did not saw any problems with your images. Also, I have checked your website on Safari (MAC) and I noticed that you have some problems with all your images which has strange symbols as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/f23yQLKTW If you want to avoid this problem you should rename all your images which have these symbols because the Safari browsers will interpret in other way and your URL will be break and that’s why you bring these errors, sorry!

I’m not new to WordPress and I’m not new to Adsense and my adsense just won’t work. Our Adsense is approved and verified and Ads just don’t show up.

This is a strange issue, I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache (very important) and try again to enter some code in the custom css section. Maybe some plugin is interfering with this field in your case. What about the other custom fields, is the same problem present?
