Hi,
Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard.
Then create a new page and check if the problem is solved. You could also deactivate all your plugins except the tagDiv composer and test again.
Please let us know if the problem is still present.
Thanks

Hi,
The homepage seems to be empty, there is no page structure and content except a registration message
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ohg8Thquasp
A suggestion would be to first check the theme system status, and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided in the theme package, (uninstall the demo if it appears installed) and install the demo again.
The demo install process should go without any issues
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
Please let us know if you still have problems installing a demo.
Thanks
Hi,
Or enter those parameters in one of the mentioned files
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hi,
Those are a lot of warnings. Something is not functioning properly, or there are plugins conflicting between them. What you can try, is to deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any installed cache. Also check any custom code you might have entered in the theme panel, or directly to the theme files. If you use a child theme, switch to the main theme.
Then check if the problem is solved. If it is, activate the plugins one at a time, and possibly identify the cause of the issue.
Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide , if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can ask you hosting provider to make them for you if needed, as they might have a recommended method in this regard. These modifications are requires for the good functionality of the theme and plugins. Having many plugins can exhaust the allocated memory.
Thanks
I have been making some updates and checking configurations. When I go to Newsmag/System Status it tells you or is supposed to tell you the php.ini configuration. As far as I can tell it does not read the configuration correctly.
NewsMag States:
php.ini configuration
Server software i Apache
PHP Version i 5.6.31
post_max_size i 128M – You cannot upload images, themes and plugins that have a size bigger than this value. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
max_execution_time 600
max_input_vars 1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
SUHOSIN installed false
mbstring available
After downloading and checking my php.ini file here are the actual settings:
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
; Resource Limits ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
max_execution_time = 300 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 1000 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
memory_limit = 256M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (32MB)
max_input_vars = 4000
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
Shouldnt they be exactly the same? This same thing is true when Newsmag attempts to read the settings for WordPress. I think this is very important and should be consistent
System Status shows me (new first-time user) a couple of error messages, supposedly related to php.ini or htaccess. I am a 1and1 Managed WP customer and the stated values are not in the php.ini and htaccess files that I am able to find. How do I make the requested changes? This is max_execution_time and max_input_vars I need to change.
Thanks!
David

Hi,
On a default theme install, using only the plugins included in the theme package,there is no problem using the tagDiv composer. Both in terms of speed and design or display.
This can be caused by not having the system status as mentioned in the guide provided by Bogdan
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Or maybe a plugin conflict. Try testing with all other plugins deactivated, and also clear your cache after you disable them. See if there is any effect after doing this, and let us know if you still have problems.
Thanks
Hello inalessandria,
Check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why you cannot save the panel settings.
Thanks for your understanding!

If these WordPress and server parameters are set according to the recommended values, this will ensure the best functionality of the theme and plugins.
You can ask your host to make the changes for you, as they may have a preferred method in this matter.

Hi,
for the first time I have some troubles with image uploads. I see that people have common troubles and the advice is to contact hosting page or change some system settings or whatever. I am talking about the media library.
1) I tryed to upload a JPEG (1920 x 1080, 2MB) and change it to PNG as well
“Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.”
funny thing is that If I screenshot this picture, I am able to upload this screenshot
2) Another error is with PNG files
“HTTP error”
My version of wordpress is 4.8 and the Newspaper theme is up to date as well. I just moved to a new hosting with new domain but I dont use more plugins then before.
I am not sure where is the problem, should I contact my hosting page?
Hello sefirotxx,
There are a number of steps to take when the white screen of death shows up.
Here is a useful guide:
http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-wordpress-white-screen-of-death/
In most cases, the issue is caused by plugins or the system status parameters not being set (or both) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Hello sefirotxx,
Check the system status parameters and see if all of these are increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Make sure that section has been setup with our guide, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
I have this on my System Status for Newspaper V8. Any idea where I can locate it. I don’t have any plug-ins called speed booster.
Hi,
Please check your php version, the theme currently supports php up to version 7.1. This could be the cause for the issue. Also check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosing provider to make them for you, as they might have a recommended method in this regard.
Lastly a theme re-install could be the solution, and test while having only the plugins included with the theme active

Hi,
The footer ad is interpreted and displayed properly, but the header ad seems like it is not complete
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eE6eojqCE3
Are you absolutely sure that the code is valid and working? Try as a test to enter the footer code in the header and see if it displaying there.
Also the theme system status has to be according to the mentioned values, that could be the cause as well. You could contact your hosting in this matter as I mentioned, they may be able to help you.
If it still does not display, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information, so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.
Thanks
Hello hafis,
Please check your system status to be setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, you PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why your widgets disappear because nothing can be saved.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hi,
You need to edit one of the two files, hthaccess or php.ini. If you successfully edited the php.ini file then everything should be reflected in the theme system status section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8ZtCadLXnvv
Please note that there may be some delay before the Adsense ads will be displayed on the website. This is specified by Google
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/76228?hl=en
You should probably wait for a while and the ads will most likely be displayed.
Thanks
hello
Thanks for your reply. C
Can you please check this link http://www.screencast.com/t/5pz2rIJmH I shared my screen header ads section.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Above process, I done the first process. But when I edit the .htaccess file 404 error is coming. Could you please guide me to fix this use.
What I done in 2nd option(Php.ini parameters) means “php_value max_input_vars 5000 php_value max_execution_time 300 php_value post_max_size 50M php_value upload_max_filesize 50M”
Add the above code directly in .htaccess file.
Regards
Hi,
That should not happen, you should be able to scroll and see all the page building elements. Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then deactivate all your other plugins, except the tagDiv composer and clear any installed cache. After this make a test and see if everything is working as it should regarding the composer.
Please let us know if you still have problems using the editor.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected your website, but I do not see any Adsense code inserted in the header section at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/51vJAt8a1Tx
There is only the default link with an image. Please check the header ad section again and make sure the code is entered.
If you enter the code and the theme panel will not save it (enter it, refresh the theme panel page and check), please check the system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you, as they may have a recommended method in this matter.
Thanks
