Hi, problem was you td-composer. It was interfering with visual composer. Would you maybe be so kind and check overall website lodaing speed? It is a bit slower after update to all latest versions of wordpress and your latest theme. Regards

I have a problem to edit page in the tag div composer. When I select to edit with TDC page is loading only, I checked system status and changed parameters as needed.
I need to extend big grid into full screen.
Any idea how to fix it, please?

You can still use visual composer; TD Composer is a new “just out of beta” alternative which is more compact, more secure, uses much less system resources, and won’t crash servers like VC does. Works great for us, in Chrome, but since it’s ajax based it does take a little finesse to use, just like VC has learning curve.
For a brand new product built specifically for these themes, it’s pretty amazing stuff.

I can create new pages and everything works fine. But when I try to return to the page after I have saved it, I only get the spinning wheel. There are ads that I embed via the html-element that use https and if I look into the JS-concole it warns that it does not find jquery.

1)If you want to display only videos, you should use the Video Player (YouTube or Vimeo) and add there as video you want, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ (use TD Composer)
2)Unfortunately, this option is not available in our page builder, sorry! IF you want, you can hide it with a bit of CSS code.

The theme doesn’t install the settings so I tried with different demos and I didn’t get this message, but it wouldn’t work anyway.
I tried to start a page from scratch, but the “Edit with TD Composer” link at the top of the screen doesn’t appear. After a few times with installing demos I finally got acces to the TD Composer, so I tried again to install a demo (only settings): all the previous settings disappeared (and didn’t return when I unistalled) and so did the “Edit with TD Composer” link.
I had asked on the forum about this issue and you told me to clear the cache and deactivate all my plugins. I did, but it didn’t solve the problem.
On the System Status page I have a yellow mark on max_execution_time, it says:
30 – the execution time should be bigger than 60 if you plan to use the demos. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.
I don’t have access to wp_config since I don’t have my own domain but a free hosting. What can I do?
This isn’t the first time I purchased a theme, but it’s the first I have problem with. The others worked just fine even if I only have a blog on a free hosting site.
I hope we can find a solution because I really like your theme and I was looking forward to use it on my blog.

Notice that the Tab elements will not work with our TD Composer, sorry! In the future, it is possible to implement this feature but we cannot say for sure where exactly will be this date because it depends on our developer’s decision, sorry!

I find it dificult to modify the home page of the demos. I downloaded the baby blog demo and I want to erase altogether the block call Latest Articles with 12 articles on HOME page, but I don’t have control over it. Same for the side bar, I can’t change anything.

I mean that our TD Composer is required, in the sense that in the future, all of the features will be developed on our page builder which will not work as properly with Visual Composer. You can further use Visual Composer but you have to take this into account. What means “our page builder is a required plugin”?
Must I have it activated? Because now I have it disabled and everything is fine.
I prefer Visual Composer because it allows to choose the weigh of the image and its a feature that I need in all my sites and I didn’t find it in your TD composer.

Thanks I did end up finding it was an issue with some parts of the page were created prior without TD composer. I have changed it and now it is working. thank you
Under System Status it states;
‘v4.7 – Disabled – incompatible plugin detected: td-composer/td-composer.php’
I have already deleted and reinstalled the plugin multiple times.
I am also having the same issues with the TD Composer. I am able to load the composer, however, when I attempt to drag any additional item from the left sidebar and place it, it will not move past the left sidebar. The items cannot be dragged to their according places. This issue was not happening yesterday or in the past, only today. I truly believe there is an issue with it.

Hi, I hope you can help me with my issue. I am no longer able to hide or move a sidebar element when viewing a page on mobile after switching to tagDiv Composer. I have looked in every menu and on every page I know of and see zero controls for this. For example, if I have a social counter the sidebar of my homepage at the top, I would like it to have a lower placement on a mobile phone. Visual Composer had this feature and I want it back. Sorry if you are not happy with our page builder. So, if you want to remove it, you simply check the theme packet and remove from there, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6cZsddhl but notice that is not necessary to do this. It is enough to disable it.
