The Full Big grids were added in a previous theme update. At the moment that is the only way to display them on pages. If you would like to remove the gaps on the sides you could do it like this.
Try adding a custom class to the row containing the Full Big Grid

Then use that class in a code like this

This is the code used in the example if you decide to use it for the Full Big Grid. You just need to enter your own row class and enter it in Theme panel->Custom Css

padding-left:0;
padding-right:0;
}

More full width options and implementations are expected to be available in future updates.

2)Most likely, you are referring to the message which appears on the plugins area when a new plugin version is released, right? This is mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
The bundled version of the plugin does not have an activation code and you cannot update it automatically through WordPress.

I am sorry that you could not use the theme for your purposes. Unfortunately that is the case, when a background is set the website will be boxed, in order to display the background. If it would not be boxed, the background will not be seen.
The options that Bogdan is mentioning were added in a previous update and are available for the Header section, and the Footer section – https://www.screencast.com/t/IvyARKzKGT
These can be forced to full width regardless of a background. More full width options may be implemented in future updates.
You can request a refund here – https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new if you consider that you can not use the theme for your website. We will approve the refund.

Yes, indeed it seems the issue is now present on our demo as well. I will add this to lour list of bug fixes required for the next update.

Our theme is compatible with php 7.0 All the needed adjustments were made in this regard. We will investigate again but most our users have php 7.0 already installed and encounter no issues when using our theme. As the plugin says, not all errors are show stoppers. We will test again for any issues but one test is not sufficient for a good assessment. There are lots and lots of checkers and all of them provide different results. We do plan on adding full php 7.1 compatibility in the next theme update though.
We will take these errors into consideration for future updates.

Then save and update the page, the playlist should display the valid videos. Also clear any caching installed, maybe the page is not refreshing because of a cache you might have.
If you already tried it like this and the video does not appear in the playlist, please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned according to this guide, if necessary

Or maybe there is a plugin conflict that could be preventing the playlist from working properly. You could also try as a test to disable them all except Visual composer, clear the cache if you have one. Then check to see if it is working as intended.

It should work properly once the valid Id is entered. Please provide more details about what exactly happens after you enter the Id and save, then update the page. Try clearing any caching installed after configuring the author box, maybe a a cache is preventing the author box from displaying.
