If the current theme’s version that you’re using on the site works fine then you can keep it but we always recommend to update the theme to the latest version available. The update at V 3 it’s a major one, lots of new features we’re added and also many bugs were fixed: http://screencast.com/t/XgpHhrNvJsf Note that if you decide to update the theme it’s also needed to update Visual Composer and Social Counter plugins to new version included in theme’s path.

The update process shouldn’t take to much time and you can put the site in maintenance mode using a plugin with a specific functionality. Hello,

The problem was between Slider Resolution, Visual Composer and Woocommerce, in order to make the Woocommerce work with Visual Composer I deactivated the Slider Revolution.

I want to use the Slider Resolution, what can I do to work all plugins together?

I notice that at Slider Resolution and Visual Composer we have new versions of software, how can I update to the new version?

Maybe this updates will fix the problems between the plugins.

We know about that behavior and this is the default implementation for the moment. Breadcrumbs display only the post’s category and the parent category for post’s category, if that is the case. We may change this implementation in future updates but I can’t promise anything for sure.
To change that implementation you have to edit: td_page_generator.php file and modify get_category_breadcrumbs() function http://screencast.com/t/hkU9YKK2gi

This is a complex task which involve lots of customizations in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Unfortunately mobile theme does not have options which allows you to change the fonts yet but probably in future we will add such options. For the moment to load different fonts for mobile you have to edit theme’s code. The css code for mobile theme is located here: http://screencast.com/t/XFivsX0A1 but to change the font for all elements you have to go trough all code and locate the lines which refers to font-family. This is a quite difficult task considering the code’s size. The easiest way to keep the desktop fonts on mobile is to deactivate mobile theme plugin.
Yes we’re aware about that issue and will be fixed in next theme’s update but meanwhile you ca use this css in theme panel > mobile theme > custom code to fix it.

okay seems there is a lot of udates so well worth updating for!

I have made many changes to the theme and so I wouldn’t want to lose them, so I have exported the data from the tools section as an XML file.

Can you advise how the best way to update this theme as I have following the below link but it didn’t work

I have updated plugins but as I commented, not update the counter.

Is it possible to add additional custom adverts without affecting the main theme and just using the child theme? I’m concerned all these changes will break with a theme update?

Sorry for delay but we don’t work on weekends.
Please update the theme at V 3.1 which is available on themeforest and also update the Social Counter and Visual Composer and the new versions included in theme’s path: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ then clear all caches and test ther site again.
