I install the version 4.1 of the theme (i made the update from 3.5 version) and i saw on Theme Colors menu at Theme panel has fewer options for the theme colors. doesn’t appears for example the “MENU TEXT COLOR”.
can you tell me from where i can change this color?
Hi,
Latest update has fixed this issue. Thanks… 🙂
Well, if v 4.3.1 came out August 1 (today), and the theme was updated couple of days ago, it’s hardly possible for the version that shipped July 29 to have the version of the plugin that was released August 1. So, presumably, as noted before, the next version of Newspaper will have the updated version of plugin. 🙂
So I updated to the latest version of Newspaper but keep getting there is an update to the WPBakery composer. I understand how the license works, but is this correct that as of 8/1/2014, Newspaper version 4.1 is only compatible with WPBakery version 4.2.3? Meaning the update to WPBakery version 4.3.1 is not included?
Whith the update I have got an other problem : the menu didn’t put at the top when I scroll, how to do this please ?
EDIT : ok found for this problem. I have only the problem whith breadcrumb url

Hi Lucian,
I have made the update :). It’s the same problem :(.
How to resolve the problem please ? it’s strange beacause you don’t have this problem in the demo website
I’ve been messing around and it is using the LESS_CSS styling.
If i delete td_less_editor-style.php the font changes, but if i edit the file Radu said here: http://screencast.com/t/e8vUszQi the font doesn’t change?
Is there a way i can disable the backend using the LESS_CSS styling and use the default WordPress styling with Newspaper V 4.1 (released 29th July)?
Thanks 🙂
Thank you, hopefully soon. Another question. In the home, place in large, you can blocare the big picture and slide the photos only more ‘small, there is a solution. In practice, at this time in the main slides I gave it a category, and then when I insert the new scorrosno. I would like to block only the big slide and updates those most ‘children. See immagile …

Hi,
I have checked to see this issue regarding using style 2 and that mentioned css and found no issue there: http://screencast.com/t/7YLsCaqcxpdG
It’s looking fine, if you want to change it just change the values as you like.
1. We know about this and we will try to fix it in next updates.
2. I’m not sure that i understand what your requested style should look, can you please provide more details or an image showing what you would want to look like.
3. We will add it in next updates, until then you can use css to change it:
Try this, and change the value as you like.
.single_template_5 .entry-title {
font-size: 50px;
}
4. Also you can change this via css, we have this an our todo list.
Thanks for the massage
hi,
the idea with the child theme is to have the same file structure but different functionality in those files.
but you need to stick with a theme version for this to work, if you update the theme then you have to update also your files functionality in case those files got change in the last update.
try to make plugins, witch are separated by the theme, you can use them with what ever theme you want and you can change the functionality only when needed.
your custom css can be added here: http://screencast.com/t/dmA7qlRdqL (this will be saved in the database)
Thanks for you message.

Hi,
We will think about this and if we will decide to implement these as a feature we will do it in themes next updates.
Thanks for the suggestion!
Hi,
I have noticed that your are using the 3.5 theme version.
You can backup to all site’s files (WordPress + Theme) and also backup to your Database and updated the theme to the latest version (4.1) and check to see if this issue is till present.
If it’s still there please let us know and we will take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
Please try the solution from here
The first one should work for you https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/ajax-next-prev-button-problem/#post-17119
If this doesn’t solve it please wait until next update and we will fix it.
Thanks
Hi,
You can purchase it if you want, but we haven’t tested how theme works with a version newer than the one we include in the theme update so please make a backup of your theme before updating the plugin or wait until the next update and we will include the plugins update also.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m not sure how you can do that, you would try to find a plugin that dose that if exists one, there is no theme feature that you can use to achieve that.
About the Prev and Next navigation it’s not easy task and we cannot offer custom work as we work hard on the development, updates, fixes and support.
You can always get a freelancer from sites like: http://studio.envato.com/ if you don’t know how to do it yourself.
Sorry about this!
Thanks for understanding

Update (STILL NOT WORKING)
when the page is stand along it seems ok – once it’s turned homepage of the site (via settings – writing) paging stops working!
can’t figure it out – DRIVING ME CRAZY 🙁
(I see some notifications on console – not sure they are related though 🙁 )
Hi,
Replace the code from http://screencast.com/t/gFwHhe1y8fc6 with this one http://pastebin.com/Wce0nAEv
This is a known issue and this fix that I have sent you will only be implemented in next theme updates so I can guarantee you it will work for you.
If this doesn’t solve your problem please wait for next updates for the fix.
Thanks for understating
Ok, got it, thank you!
Hi,
You can use the child theme if you don’t want to make the same modification after every update, and yes you have to add it again.
If you want to use child theme you can find out how here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/child-theme-documentation/
Thanks
Hi,
Have you tried to set it by editing the image and set it to ON like in the screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/LTaS13WzPMR2
If so try to update the teheme to latest version (4.1) and if this problem is still there disable all plugins and give it another try.
If nothing works, please contact us via contact@tagdiv.com (also include a link to this topic or specify the issue details).
Thanks
Hi,
I have tested the facebook counter using both user and ID online this time http://screencast.com/t/iwseapJEg and had the same result as in your facebook page.
See here: http://screencast.com/t/1FzvYyDLiD2l
And here: http://screencast.com/t/CDFswdFegDK
Should work just fine, please try deactivating and try to use this without any additional plugins online if you didn’t tested it this way.
Also update the theme to the latest version, I have made the tests using the 4.1 theme version and had no problems.
If this issue is still there please send an e-mail with your wp-admin user and pass at contat@tagdiv.com so we can check, include a link to this topic or specify your issue details in your message.
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry about this, unfortunately you can’t update the theme without any changes, you can only try to set again the posts how they where before.
Unfortunately I don’t know what those changes are. If you want, you can update the theme to the latest version and give us wp-access. You can do the update and then send your wp-admin username and password to contact@tagdiv.com and specify there all the changes that the update has made to your layout and we will try to find a solution.
For the space between the feature image and the text you can use this custom css to remove it, add it in Theme Panel > Custom CSS:
.post .thumb-wrap {
margin-bottom: 0px;
}
This is the font used for that post http://screencast.com/t/V1Xhe2wKU2
Hope this helps!
Thanks
Update (STILL NOT WORKING)
I figured out that I might need to use the homepage with article template
and I am getting pagination below but when clicked I keep ending up on the homepage (even when directly browsing to the page links there seems to be a redirect)
is there a proper documentation I should follow ?
what’s the setting required for this to work?
