You changed the excerpt for Module 9 for content and not work? We will release V3 in 4 days if you want to wait for the next update will have a new admin panel.
For the excerpt you can change the type: by word or by characters. I’ve tested the excerpt for module 9 and works fine.

I’m aware that the theme is does not fully support child themes. We are releasing this week a major update to the theme and one of the remaining issues is better child theme support. We want to load the framework before child themes.
We also have in plan to load the modules via locate_template so that they support child themes.. but it will take us at least two weeks to release that feature.
Sorry for the inconvenience… and hopefully with this week update I will fix most of the child theme issues,

The issue with view counter is a general issue here on WordPress when you use a cache plugin. That cache plugin W3 Total Cache cache the page and the view counter stop to increment and the last 7 days popular posts work with views counter.
If you want the views counter and last 7 days popular posts to work normally you have to disable the W3 Total cache plugin.
We have in mind for future update to make a solution that update the view counter with ajax. This should work with Cache to.

your theme is really amazing. Analyzing your theme with some SEO Tool, like “http://handergy.com/analisi-seo/”, two of the elements more important that missing therefore, are:
1) H1 tag missing on the Homepage;
2) Alt tag missing for images on the homepage;

Regarding H1 tag, there are many different thoughts; some uses it behind the “logo images” only in the Homepage, using a variable condition that change the H tag in other pages.
For example: H1 tag behind the logo in the homepage; H3 for all other pages or nothing H tag for other pages.
Other instead, uses the H1 for all posts in the homepage; other again, uses the H1 tag for the “category name” and H3 (as you) for all post name, in the homepage.
Another great example is the famous site “Yoast.com”, the founder of WordPress SEO by Yoast; as I said before, it use H1 tag behind the logo images only the Homepage and “p class” for all other pages.
Howeaver, I think that for this, we can find a good solution for us!
Can you try to improve these two “SEO Features”, for next updates?
I think that is really important follow some SEO advice for sites today and these, are two features quite important.

Heh. Yeah, the ‘official’ FB plugins are always fun. Their ‘comment box’ code used to break stuff left and right. Their code is sometimes iffy, and I tend to blame them for problems over a theme.
Of course, it could be one of the bugs fixed in the new WP update today, too! So, maybe try that and then put the FB plug back ‘on’ and see if mayhem ensues!!! 😉
Hi, the “next” pages work on both of my sites running theme with only the core set of plugins (no Jetpack!), plus using AddThis, AdSense ads, and no insert of ads in content (only header + sidebar).
Usually this “error” is from modifying a page, using a child theme with a bad addition to the functions file, or a conflicting CSS element from another plugin.
On one of my old themes, I also had another navigation plugin running from a prior theme and forgot to turn that off, and so it broke it.
Not sure if any of that helps. But it does work properly on both our test magazine site and a live production site (2004 site updated for 2014 with this theme) without any trouble, which implies a local issue vs a theme specific issue.
On another theme I found going to the admin > settings > permalinks and resaving the permalinks actually helped. Which is bizarre, but there you go.

I’ve been unable to use the function at the bottom that lets me go to the next page of my latest articles, see image.

Every time I click “2” or “3” or “11” or “Next” it just brings me back to the same page, basically refreshing the page. I was able to use it when I was building part of the site offline, but it hasn’t worked since. I just updated to 2.3 in hopes that it’d correct it but alas it did not.

I removed all ads from every widget and theme options. There was some in the header.php and footer.php which im unable to find after the update. My link URL is here: http://tinyurl.com/ctmhtrn
Is it possible that those ads stuffed cookies or cached in the site somewhere? I do use the total cache and clear it often.

Hey guys, I updated to the latest version of theme and not I am unable to find the ad code that was placed in header.php and footer.php. The ads are still running and I want to remove them but they are no longer in there? Is there somewhere else that they may have moved since the upgrade?

I know that you guys have an extensive listing of shortcodes; however, I do not see them referenced within the theme. Could you please direct me to this. Lastly, when I installed the demo content, I expected to see the same demo content that was visible on Theme forest, well I see now that this is not the case. Is it possible to download this? Hi,
When i tried updating to 2.2 I had this problem but as I was really busy I just downgraded back to 2.1 for the time being. I’ve now updated from 2.1 to 2.3 and the same problem is occurring.
The logo is duplicated. I’ve tried removing and reuploading it but it either doesn’t display at all or is displaying twice.
Is anybody else having this issue?
