Hi Ana,
Was the extra ad position included in the latest update?
Best Regards
Hi,
Please let me know what errors you have.
Normally, the update should be ok.
After all plugins are activated, you can use a backup for the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/Ki988c5.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Thanks – got it working by disabling the Category tag on block 23… but I was extremely uninspired and updated the theme right afterwards… now everything is lost and I have to start all over again… Frustrating…
Hi Anamaria, I didn´t disable the extra plugins during the update process. Let me know how I can attach you some screenshots and specify me about what.
Hello,
Please provide some screenshots.
Did you disable the extra plugins during the update process?
Thank you!
Hi, after last update 12.2 I got an error updating tagdiv composer and I got my site broken. I got access to wp on recovery mode but when I enable tagdiv composer my site breaks again. I deleted and reinstall the plugin and clean cache, but it fails.
Hello,
In version 11.5.1 was a problem with the mobile template for the category, this was fixed in version 12 -> https://i.imgur.com/MPhJfpx.png
I recommend that you update the theme,if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello,
I just checked now, and seemed to look well https://i.imgur.com/TVXdXZL.png
In the future, I recommend you disable extra plugins when you update the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please disregard this topic. I don’t know if this is the install of the official theme update that did the trick, but actually everything is now in order.
Regards,
The update also has this error when mbstring is activated:
Deprecated: PHP Startup: Use of mbstring.http_input is deprecated in Unknown on line 0
There is update 12.2 but Gallery layout still doesn’t work.
Hi,
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.

Hi,
Please update the theme to version 12.2 and the problem with the hero element will be solved. If possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
Please make sure that you don’t have a plugin conflict.
Thank you!

I can not update my text in the ‘edit content’ section of the ‘Text with title’ block. When I click on ‘edit content’ a window opens up but nothing happens – it seems to be stuck in a buffer-style mode trying to reach the content. This happens with existing content but also when I try to create new content the response is the same. Any idea how I can fix this problem?
Thank you.
Hello,
If you have a child theme, please use the main theme to do the update.

Hello NP, I have updated the main menu using the ‘Default Pro’ prebuilt module and set it as “Global’ but the changes are applying only to the homepage and not to any others pages on the site. See http://www.shoppingflyers.ca.
This is even though across categories it says that it is inheriting the header from ‘Default Pro Global’. Basically it should be the updated header that shows up. What is wrong?
I cannot try to edit these headers one by one as I plan to have many categories and it simply does not make sense.
What is wrong? Please help.
Thanks,
Just to specify I am using the latest WordPress and Theme versions, as well as all plugins are updated.
I am using the “Blockchain Pro” cloud template.
Here are all my plugins – https://imgur.com/a/OHxMDfy

This is how my Blog category looks (notice no featured images even though it is meant to have them) – https://imgur.com/a/3Te3ts2
And here is how it should look from demo – https://imgur.com/a/IOVqtyA
Hope it helps
Update: Passed SEMrush Core Web Vitals under Site Audit today: https://ibb.co/72LZnBB
Try Editing the page template in td composer. There, change the logo image.
I am suffering the same issue since update. Even after updating the logo and settings like additional js and css codes (like for adsense and google analytics), the changes are automatically reverted back.
Yet to figure out the cause but follow the step I suggested.
I’m making a page that introduces lectures and accepts applications.
It was difficult to deal with it myself, so I brought a template with a news paper theme.
Can you make a design template or block that I can apply for the introduction of the lecture in the next update? Newspager Div The composer’s work is so difficult that manipulation is impossible.
I tried to post, but it seems a little difficult to give trust and impact to users, and it is very frustrating.
