Dear TagDiv Team,
since the last Update our menu is not working (sub-menus are not opening), at least in FireFox, but only on the Home-Page (which is not generated by a Category Template).

Unfortunately, there is no way to avoid this. Newspaper child theme doesn’t support WOFF files to overwrite the main file.

Hi quocphan, in order to update the theme and have full access to our theme you must activate the theme, for this you can use our guide from here -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/ if this is not working you can try the manually activation -> https://imgur.com/n2nTNJ0

I just can’t update the theme past 10.3.6 without the mobile version ( plugin is AMP only ) whitescreening
Desktop view normal and works fine
I think when the first mobile page editor version arrived I did update to 10.7 and maybe did something wrong because i didn’t understand the mobile page design element – I rolled back – now I can’t update past 10.3.6. without the issue happening again – so rolled back again now to 10.3.6 – worried about WordPress 5.6 compatibility if I can’t resolve
Is there a setting I may have mistakenly changed?
How can I get back to normal?

I have had to rollback WordPress to 5.5.3, the problem still exists on the three websites I have that were updated to WordPress 5.6. I cannot do the WordPress update until this problem is solved. I have disabled every plugin and it is definitely the Newspaper theme (10.3.9) causing the issue on the WordPress 5.6 update.

When I did the update to Google AMP 2.08 all of my posts suddenly returned a 404 error. The homepage was the only thing that remained unchanged. I checked with the AMP developers and they said it was the Newspaper Theme causing the issue so I had to revert back to version 2.07 of Google AMP which works fine again. Just a heads up as they said to let the developer know.

It seems it a lack of compatibility with wordpress 5.6. Two options, downgrade to wordpress 5.5 or using the jquery migrate helper plugin just as one said in the link I gave you. I have used the second one and it works (my website works anyway but not in firefox with an adblocker for example… understand noting but lots of people use adblockers so my website needs to work with adblockers too. No problem until today’s wordpress update to 5.6)
Since the last wordpress update that I have just installed, I can´t see thumbs in home page and also the menu is not clickable. I have used jquery migrate helper and issue has been solved but please solve the problem with template compatibility so we don´t have to use one more plugin.
I know downgrading to wordpress 5.5 is another solution. Many thanks.
Same here with firefox with adblocker enabled since wordpress 5.6 update. I have just updated it and home page thumbs dissapear, but not in the rest! If I turn down Ublock adblocker then images are shown!

Hello! After updating to version 10.3.9 today, I’m getting the spinning wheel of death whenever I try to use the Composer. I’ve checked system requirements, plugin conflicts, and tried a bunch of different solutions I found in the forum but nothing works. Additionally, The main menu on the navbar no longer fully loads. We’re rolling out a new functionality to users tomorrow morning, so it would be great to get some help/guidance as soon as possible. Thank you!

I’ve updated Newspaper theme today to the latest version. I’ve noticed two problems:
1. Complianz plugin shows error: TypeError:_a_context_is_undefined in line 222 at /wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme_min_js
2. When there are articles with pictures added to text area (except the main photo), these pictures can’t be enlarged by clicking on it and user can’t scroll pictures by using arrows on keyboard.
Ah, looks like the TagDiv Standard plugin was missing. Not sure if the person who installed the updates did that or the theme update did but we’re back in business.
Please see screenshots. One of the key reasons we chose Newspaper was the ability to upgrade in place rather than having to remove the previous version of the theme and reinstalling.

How to protect website changes if i update newspaper theme?
I did some changes on my site. If I update my theme, what will happen? do I need to edit my website again?

I am using the newspaper theme with default pro.
This is my website.
In the mobile view (not AMP and not mobile theme, just mobile view), there is a white side on the right-hand side. And the contents just like shift to the left and out of the container.
No layout and CSS were modified, and no problem before update to the newest version.
Cannot solved even I install the previous version of the plugin and theme.
