Hello there,

I have installed the “TECHNOLOGY HUB” demo on my website. I have just updated my theme Version: 10.3.8 to 10.3.9, update was successful, but as I go to frontend, the main navigation has been changed with some different layout.
So can you please let me know why does this heppen? As I have seen the ‘change logs’ of the release but didn’t find anything related the the main navigation layout changes there.

With the new update Version: 10.3.9 I’m no longer able to select a Category when righting a post

A new empty page.
When I opened and tried to import new selected template – it didn’t import.
No errors in console, no messages.

I guess it’s not new version problem
Before new Template ver.10.3.9 I tried to do the same with ver. 10.3.8 – result the same.
Template update didn’t help me.
I tried to clear all time cache – didn’t help.
PC, browser was rebooted.
It’s very strange, there are no errors after button click.

I haven’t modified anything and yet my logo no longer appears in the desktop and mobile page header. All settings seem to be correct.

Today i have also updated PHP, and the theme and plug-ins. That didn’t solve the issue so i put a back-up back.
Hope that you can help to solve the issue.

I can see the theme updated version is 10.3.9 but on my websites, I can see version 10.3 is installed and there is no update available. is there any plugin that I can connect with my ThemeForest account so it will be updated directly?

Hi There,
I found that tagDiv Composer plugin restricts link on image to fire. So in a result image itself pops up.
The code is something as below

When I deactivate the plugin then link on image works perfectly fine.
As tagDiv Composer is a required plugin for Newspaper theme so I can’t deactivate it.
Please update the plugin or suggest a workaround.

Newspaper offered me to update into a new version which I did, but after that, my Newspaper theme disappeared?!!? I need help! I don`t know how to resolve that and restore the theme and plugins!

i am not able to update anything using tagdiv composer and getting 500 internal server error.

Hello sir, after the new update we assume you are using theme cache for fast speed website. But it worst for a news publishers. Now Post taking more time to come in news sitemap. Also post views in dashboard not working, always showing zero views (see reference- https://prntscr.com/vy1xts). Please tell me how to disable the cache and not effect our site performance. Because its destroying our website. Google select only trending topic for google discover. So if post comes late in sitemap then google deny the artcle to show in discover. Please roll out new update to solve the issue and tell me now how to disable the cache.

‘ve been trying to debug my website, because I can’t preview my post.
It turned out some of the plugins were the culprits.
