Hello, I’m trying to use tabs and accordions. I was using before update with an plugin(which is using shortcodes). But, I can’t using now. I know this theme doesn’t support it, you mentioned it before, I also check it in the forum. But, it is very important for me, I need it. Do you have any suggestion for using tabs and accordions? Any plugin or something else? This is not a big deal but I can’t do it and it bothers me too much.

Hello sir, recently I have updated the newspaper theme. While editing the homepage, I have created a mobile version which wasn’t looking good. So I have deleted the mobile version but still getting the mobile version on mobile devices. Can you tell me how to revert back to the original home page? Or how to fully delete the mobile version? Will uploading all the new mobile themes to cloud template library and activating “Mobile Page” instantly make our current site mobile?

Do we still need AMP for WordPress?
Do we still need Tag Div Mobile theme plugin?

I am trying to access theme updates through WordPress. However when I go into the Newspaper theme and click updates I get the following error messages:

Theme updates
The update process can’t be completed because your Newspaper Theme license key is not yet activated.
Please activate your theme! – Activate theme

When I press the activate theme button I get the following message:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Can you please tell me how I can activate the theme so that I can get my updates. Thank You

Newspaper > Updates

It updated Newspaper to 10.3.7. It updated the tagdiv plugins. It was an interesting updating. It feels so much nicer than having to download a .zip file, unzip it then FTP upload the files.

However the WPBakery plugin was not updated, as it was supposed to do according to a reply on a previous post reply. However WPBakery did not get updated.

This is the first time I do any update without the “traditional” way to get an update (the whole .zip thing above).

Hello, since new update, i wanted to install again your template to see if things were better. I so created a fresh new wordpress install, installed theme, and demo install influencer demo. But once again, it start some troubles. tag div library dont load, i can not change colors of template,…. here are first of all my settings, not to hear again in first answer that we need to see about requirments. (they all look fine and i have no cache, no plugin cache, no plugin installed excepted demo install, so could not be more light and even like that, i get troubles)
So, to make a long story short: every update your template is a mess and things are not working correct. i paid for this template a few months ago, so your “support” will end soon as i won’t pay for more (Unefficient support and most of all very unstable template with last updates). Now my fear is every ned update, it will be a mess and i won’t be able to fix it by miself (i can not even fix it for now with this poor support) so if things have to go further like this, i feel like this template is a big waste of money and really regret my buy. Wish i never bought it. I really feel upset about problems in every update. what do you expect? customer to be obliged to pay for extra support to fix numerous bugs of each update? I already moved to another company for my main site template to get rid of that troubles, preventing from time i won’t have support from tagdiv (if we can all that a support). last try to fix before asking for a refund

al intentar instalar el tema subiendo el .zip directamentente desde el panel admin de WP, me da el siguiente error:

No se puede acceder a este sitio web
Es posible que la página web http://midominio.cat.mialias.net/wp-admin/update.php?action=upload-theme esté temporalmente inactiva o que se haya trasladado definitivamente a otra dirección.
ERR_CONNECTION_ABORTED

Podrían decirme a qué se debe y cómo solucionarlo?

hi, i created a widget for the social counter however my instagram followers are reflecting 0 on my website. I have downloaded the new version, deactivated and activated the plugin, deleted the instagram username and then added the username again but it doesnt update the number of followers. please help

Hi there – just upgraded to 10.3.7 and the Facebook counter has stopped working. I have upgraded the social counter plugin but FB is now just showing 0 on deeperblue.com.
