We updated our website to Newspaper X, and since then, images are not showing up in our automated tweets or Facebook posts – although a few randomly slip by as you can see from this screen shot

I have tested all our links with Twitter and FB validators and they seem to be correct. Is there something that needs to be added to the image data?

When I try to update the theme, nothing happens. It says there is an update available but nothing just happens when I want to update

Hello Calin, Let me clear the things a bit more. First, I have updated the theme into version: 10.3.7. Then I open the home page using the tagdiv composer and created the mobile version. Then I have seen that the header and footer can’t be changed using the tagdiv composer, so I deleted the mobile page from the WordPress Page section. Tag Div Builder when updated and reactivated is not activating so only short codes visibile.
Site Header layout has been reset.
Site menu design has been reset.

Hello – I’m only here because the other support topics about the mobile theme are not working. Here’s what I’ve done.
1. Uninstalled AMP (saw a support staffer say it is OK to uninstall amp)
2. Created a mobile page through the TD Composer – each main page has a mobile page connected to it.
3. Each mobile page shows as a mobile page in the top ‘green’ nav bar section.
4. I’ve edited each page to ‘fit’ with a mobile theme.
The issue I’m having is:
-No pages show up on ‘mobile site’ on my phone. They just show blank.
-Changes to the ‘home – mobile’ do nothing, nothing changes on any page if edited for mobile.
-Requesting desktop site doesn’t do anything…everything just remains the same.
Through the theme panel, it is set to have ‘mobile’ as the theme & I have the mobile theme plugin activated.
What am I doing wrong?

Yes, I have added the reviews, but it still does not show in the posts. As soon as I update the post after adding review content, it switches back to general.
No other plugins than the newspaper’s own library are installed or activated.
Are you suggesting that I need to edit the template using the composer, just converting the single post into a review won’t work?
I have a child theme and updated Newspaper yesterday. No problems, my child theme customisations continued to work as expected.

hi, i updated the to the new update. I just noticed that when I log out of my account and view the pages within the homepage the sides on the left is being cut off as well as the bottom part. Can you tell me how to rectify this? thanks

Unfortunately WP Bakery will not automatically update with the other tagDiv Plugins. You have to do that manually as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Following the update yesterday, my website (http://egzostive.com) seems to have gradually lost its sidebar and now looks totally messed up. First only at the posts, but as I tried to find the solution in the settings to show to sidebar, now even at the front page. It now looks totally ill formatted.
In the Tagdiv editor, I recieve the following message, when editing the main page:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
As I did nothing yet in the editor, there is nothing to undo however.
Generally speaking, the update went pretty bad, as I had to re-register the licence, and manually reastablish much of the setting too.
