5. Click the right arrow and it loads a new set of data, but this data is unrelated to the topic like the first page was, and also skips a whole lot in the date range (the last post on the first page was dated 8/29/2019 and the first post on the second page is dated 6/17/2020.

I started a thread last week but have had limited response. We were having lots of issues with our TagDiv Composer and couldn’t determine why.
Now we’ve discovered that it is the Gutenberg plugin that is causing the incompatibility. Whenever the Gutenberg plugin is activated, it prevents us from being able to edit pages in TagDiv Composer. Specifically, it interferes with being able to select the row/column/element header on an element, it also prevents deletion or changes to an element. The screen black overlay comes up but then the pop up box does not appear to confirm deletion etc.
Given Gutenberg is supposed to work with TagDiv, can you please provide some support as to why this is happening. All TagDiv plugins, the theme and the Gutenberg plugin have been updated to their latest versions.

I have the same problem, the search box is on working. It does on the mobile version but it´s not showing anything when you click the icon on the desktop version.
I think the problem comes from the last theme update, because it was working before. I didn´t do any changes in the code and I´ve checked the icon in different pages and deactivated plugins but the icon doesn´t show anything.
Please, let me know what else I can do.

I am having the same problem, but your suggested fix did not help. Also, I have reinstalled the theme several times, updated all td plugins, deactivate ALL non td plugins, cleared the browser cache, etc. I have also double-checked that server requirements are met:

Chrome’s dev tools is showing the following errors:
– Failed to decode downloaded font: https://site.com/files/themes/Newspaper/images/icons/newspaper.woff?17
– OTS parsing error: incorrect file size in WOFF header
– OTS parsing error: name: table overruns end of file
Any other suggestions for fixing this problem?
If not, can you recommend a way to replace the icon set with something else that works?

I’ve just installed a Pro demo and want to follow the best practice.
I came across this note from tagDiv documentation…
Important notice: If you choose to install a demo with content, do not edit the content and use it as your site content, because the content gets removed when uninstalling or switching demos.
Does this refer to posts, pages, and/or cloud templates? Of course, I plan to have my own branding and blog articles, but for the Pro installed pages and cloud templates, is it recommended to rename them?
Also, is there any impact when there is a theme update applied in future.

I have updated my sites theme from 10.3.3 to 10.3.5 and the update was done through WordPress update. Everything ran successfully but I now have errors on my pages. Every time I do an upgrade I get the same errors. It looks to be linked to the home page logo, but the logo is well within the expected size limits, so I have done nothing wrong.
Please can you investigate urgently, as its really frustrating to break the theme every single time an update happens

For example: This social counter plugin is only for those follower numbers etc right? We have small social icons in header. so deactivating will not cause any issue with it right?
Hi CTK-IT, if this error is remove when the plugin events calendar is disable, then the problem is from the plugin update. Unfortunately this plugin is untested and we can not provide support for it.

Support Answer: hat modules are from mega menu -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ unfortunately for the moment there are not some many settings for this element, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit the layout using tagDiv Composer.
So I see you can create subcategories( Which i don’t want to do), is there any way to just eliminate the preview of other articles when they hover over the menu items. As i take you’re saying i can’t specify for it to only populate articles in that catagory.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, please provide me a link where I can inspect these issues.
Also what was the mode what you use for theme update?
Usually when you update the theme, this is disable and the widgets from the theme are moved in “Inactive widgets ” https://i.imgur.com/zVOahk2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/55wbC7q.png only if are WordPress widgets then these will be still enable.

If the customization you’ve made are only using tagDiv Composer and these from theme panel the should be no problems, but if you made some changes in this files, these will be lost.

About standard pack, you need to check the full article about this plugin -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-update-standard-pack-or-tagdiv-cloud-templates/ before you disable it you need to replace all the standard blocks with flex blocks and other few elements, in this way when you disable the standard pack, you website will still look normal and not full of short-codes.

I create a new page withtagdiv composer.
When I edit the page, select “Column text” element, and click in “Edit Content” botton.
The WP Editor open with no content, but que element have content.

In WP-admin, I click “Newspaper” on the sidebar, I then click “Updates” and it says “Please activate your theme!”. When I click “Activate Theme” I get a 403 Forbidden error.
I have contacted WP support and they said that I should contact tagdiv. Is this a known issue?

The first time I installed the theme, I activated it, entered the code.
But, on page “Updates” I see I see a message:
“Theme updates
The update process can’t be completed because your Newspaper Theme license key is not yet activated.
Please activate your theme! – Activate theme
If you need help activating the theme, please follow the Step-by-step Guide.”
And I don’t understand how Activate theme
Because, there is no activate item in the main menu.

Hi, the “Author” select menu in the post editor seems to be broken.
I have 3 authors in my WP setup – Herald Reporters (admin), NNT (author) and TNA (author). No matter which author I choose, however, it reverts back to the same one (Herald Reporters).
This occurs on first publish and updates.
The only way I can change the author is to go to “all posts” and use the Quick Edit to select the correct author from the menu there.

UPDATE> I had to delete the boxes and added new ones. It worked. But this should be work without deleting it right?
