The cloud template will update when we make a new update to our theme, indeed yesterday was made an update, sometimes to have access to all cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/lTzSd1v.png you need to update the theme -> https://i.imgur.com/3hXVgph.png -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ ore reinstall the tagDiv Cloud Library (first delete it an reinstall it from Newspaper > Plugins).

Today morning I updated the theme from 10.3.2 to 10.3.3
The changes what all I make in the posts are not updating to mobile but shows in desktop.
I restarted the computer and tried to access the site, it shows the website before making the changes.
I logged into the dashboard and accessed the site, it shows the updated changes.
I tried to access the site in mobile. It is not showing the updated changes.
What is the error? Can you please try to figure this?
I even tried to downgrade the theme to 10.3.2 but still I am not able to get the updated changes in both mobile and PC
An update.
The new post is showing on the category page (http://pimpmyhouse.co.uk/general-house/), but it’s just the homepage on mobile that is no longer updating. I noticed my follower count on my instagram widget is lower than what is showing on desktop and in reality, so it’s definitely a homepage on mobile not updating issue of some sort.
Anybody had any plugins or reasons their homepage on mobile stops updating suddenly?

Yesterday I tried to update to 10.3.3 from control panel but I lost all the settings, all the sidebars, my front page settings and I restore older backup!!!
Is that problem, because I renamed the template, or something else?

I have a slight problem. I have updated my site to the new patch. However, when I update the template I lost everything…my setting and etc, Strange but ok. What I did I had to do was start from scratch.
Also, I am unable to save my custom javascript to the template. For example, since I lost my setting I am re-entering my google ad scenes to the site. But when I do, the template does not save it. the site will go dark with the logo that it is saving. My first thought was maybe a plugin issue, but when I deactivated all the plugins and then try to save the custom javascript…I got the same results.

Can the updated files be replaced instead of updating the entire theme?
I have a plugin in wordpress to update, but it changes all my settings and I have to redesign everything.
@kevindahari2 did your host definitely upgrade your PHP? My site is now up and running and here’s what I did.
1) I double checked that my PHP had indeed been increased as stated. Turns out mine was downgraded to 5.6 (it is usually 7) and was told it was 7.2. I made the change manually to 7.2 via my control panel.
2) I cleared the cache
3) I then deleted and re-installed the new version of Newspaper (as per the email update).
That seemed to fix it and it has been working for an hour or so. Your messages were exactly the same as the ones I received initially – Ajax error followed by critical error (which only went away when the tagDiv plugins were removed).

Do you realize some backups of your website using a plugin like Duplicator or alternatives?
If yes, you can set up a server environment on your own personal computer and import your website with your backup file and test in local. If you are on a Mac, you can use Local by Flywheel for instance. It does everything for you.
But if you don’t want to reinstall it and do not care about having a down time if you need to reinstall your website, just do a backup of your website and then try the update. If it works, no further action. If it does not work, just delete your website and then reinstall your saved package through SFTP.

Hello, after I updated the newspaper theme today, the option to stretch the background inside the Template background settings doesn’t work anymore. As soon as I flag it, the background totally disappear from the website. Only setting it off the background re-appear once again.
I had already noticed this problem when upgrading from 10.3.1 to 10.3.2, but now it’s still happening when upgrading from 10.3.1 to 10.3.3: after the theme update the header and footer items along with background image and banner ads have all disappeared. Can you review this 5 minute summary of events and let me know why this is happening?

Hello, I am having exactly the same problem as KevIndaharl2. Max upload size has been increased and PHP is 7.2. I received an email today from Newspaper stating that there was an update and it is while doing so that I received the ajax error message and critical error.
I would like to update my website to the newest version of Newspaper, but this website has not been updated since 7.6. I do not want it to cause any issues and am trying to get some support on this.

It’s indeed a problem, even more if you consider that TagDiv promotes the theme by announcing super fast websites (Google score of 98 on an Ad, if I remember well). Well… With which configuration then?
Regarding the AMP Plugin, I’ve indeed tried and found it quite limited. Specifically:
- We need to insert ads at specific locations. Do you know whether it is possible?
- How can we further customize the AMP version. I see for instance that you have a block of three articles on the top of your AMP website version. It is the standard way. However, the size of the thumbnails is not in line with our desktop version and we would be able to change it. So… either we play in the CSS file and risk to lose it after an update or…?
I also know that some developers provide an alternative to the official AMP plugin and they developed a theme dedicated to Newspaper: https://ampforwp.com/themes/newspaper/

Not the first time using the Cloud Library! It shows 1091 templates while on your website there are 1148! It’s like it hasn’t been updated.

Hi,
I want to enter my license key to activate the theme. But when I go to the Newspaper, the ‘Activate Theme’ tab is not appearing. It shows only the following tabs: Welcome, Plugins, Support, Install Demo, System Status, Updates and Theme Panel. But I cant see any ‘Activate Theme’ tab so I don’t know where to enter the license key. I had activated it once before but I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times since I am experimenting and trying out different demos.
Could you please tell me how I can re-active the theme after I have uninstalled and re-installed it?
Note: I am using the theme in only one domain and I am not trying to use it in multiple domains.
