I have a problem with Newspaper and Yoast SEO. After the template update, the plugin does not detect the links, the number of words in real time, or the alt attributes of the articles. So, I request that everything can be resolved as soon as possible.
It is true that the template was updated and was something very positive, but is altering the SEO in a quite serious way. So, I’m afraid this will hurt the media I represent.

We would like to understand:
1. If we update to Newspaper10 (we have 9.8 installed) it will support Visual Composer?
2. If we import a new theme our posts and pages will be rewritten?
the theme was updated by ftp and the composer is verison 2.5 and cloud library is 1.4
regard status – all is green apart from
max_input_vars
1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. To see how you can change this please check our guide here.

there are 46 Homepages listed and when i type PRO in the search it lists 11
the 1 you cannot see says Homepage – Construct by TagDiv
Thanks, but I’d like to avoid using the Standard Pack due to speed. According to this, I don’t need to use the Standard Pack when building a brand new site:

Is there a recommended checklist or video for building a simple example site without the Standard Pack? That would be extremely helpful!

Please make sure that you update the theme too -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Also make sure that you do not have any plugin conflicts, please deactivate all the plugins that were not tested with our theme and check again.

The best way to update the Newspaper Theme is to delete the current Newspaper Theme version and TagDiv Plugins and after that you can install the new version.

I updated to 10.1 and I still got that issue.
I just follow the theme reinstall process (https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/) but the bug of infinite load and the bug that won’t let me edit template still there.
It would be amazing if you take a look at it. It’s hurting my website for quite a while now.

Updated to version 10.1 – wanted to recreate the default newspaper theme but i don’t have the Default Newspaper PRO listed – homepage or header

Please make sure that you have the last theme version, Newspaper 10.1 and WordPress 5.3, this should solved the problem.
Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
