Unfortunately in this moment I can not provide you a solution for your requirement, sorry! all I can do is to assure you that our developer team is working on this and in coming updates the size of style.css will decrease.

I’ve used the theme for 4 years – they are the most responsive and helpful support guys you will ever find – on WordPress issue and code and on the theme itself –
But when a major update is launched there will be some issues – and you have to wait in line when posting support requests out of office hours
Just my opinion, you’ll never find a better theme anywhere and patience is worth applying 🙂

This damn update is breaking our entire website. I decided to remove the entire theme from my website after 2 months of trying this theme. Now I’m feeling very annoyed. It is very expensive to decide to buy and use this theme

My Them has updated to 9.7 version, but the share buttons on the posts has removed.

An update to this..
Nothing we put in the Article inline ad mobile on one site will show.
The ads we are testing will show in all the other sites in the multisite and all other ad sections on sites.
We are using shortcodes from Advanced ads but also just pasting Google Ad code directly into the Article Inline ad.
It seems that the codes are not making it to the article posts. Just the header if we put one.
I hope the developers fix this as it’s a pretty big issue and many people still don’t realize to come here for help. Is this update slowing anyone’s site down now or speeding them up?

You can fix by going in theme panel/post settings/default post template/ now change style 1 or any other because default style will not work.

I’ve updated to 9.7 and find headings in blocks are too large and bold. Examples below.
I’m reverting back to a backup because there seem to be a lot of issues with this release that you’ve not picked up on in your own internal testing.
Did you guys actually test this 9.7 update before releasing it? Yikes.
I’ve tried just about everything to get this to work, and boy am I frustrated at this point. I followed the instructions on the update, and as soon as the TD composer activates the 500 error starts. Can’t really do anything unless that plugin works. So for now I just had to revert it back to the old version. Let me know if there are any ideas as to why the composer plugin would cause the 500 error. All other plugins were deactivated, and I even reinstalled all the wordpress files to see if there was some other error. Thanks for a response 🙂
I had the same exact errors. I first had to update some of the TagDiv plugins that said were out of date. Still didn’t work after that. After several screen refreshes still did nothing, it dawned on me I probably have a bunch of old cached files the system is still trying to display. I clicked the “Delete Cache” button at the top of the page and boom, site came back online.
When i try to edit template show this message: “Please select tagDiv Builder Template from the theme panel or set a default template. The current page/post uses a template that is not editable.” i made changes on post settings > DEFAULT SITE POST TEMPLATE, but allways show this popup.

Hi all.
I have good news I guess, so I am sharing it. Not sure what the future holds in store for me but as of now my site is working along with Mobile Theme. I faced the same problem of
“This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme! Please update your theme!”
While updating via FTP, I was getting “1 Failed Transfer”, all files except one were getting transferred. So I deleted the entire Newspaper Folder in Themes. Then I uploaded the new 9.7 Newspaper folder and there was no failed transfer. But I got another problem:
Not able to login using mysite.com/admin. From another support thread I got this: Login using mysite.com/wp-login.php. This worked. After login, I installed the Mobile Theme plugin and that too started working. My earlier customization of Mobile Theme was still there. Now I am back to normal, touch wood.
So, the moral of the story is:
1. Put the site in maintenance mode.
2. Use FTP and delete the old Newspaper theme folder.
3. Upload the new folder.
4. Login to the site using mysite.com/wp-login.php
5. Install & activate all new plugins including Mobile Theme Plugin.
I just hope I am not celebrating too soon.

We updated to new version 9.7 but when we activate the mobile theme we recive an error: This version of the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is not supported by the current activated theme! Please update your theme! We uninstalled mobile plugin and reinstalled but still same message.
I want to update my Newspaper Theme to a specific version rather than the most current version?
It says mine theme is outdated, but that is not true.
