That’s odd. I’m using W3 for years, and it’s been great so really relucatant to update if it isn’t supported. The button shows as red for me and says W3 isn’t supported.

Now I have try eveything and could not get Tag Div Composer to work. I could only see grey blank side and a loading symbol when I had pusch the Tag Div button. The problem started before I update the theme to 9.6
I have also try the solutions you describe with htaccess file, PHp version to 7.0 etc…
What could I do more to get the TD C to work on https:/www.internetfoto.se ?

Hi – I updated WP core today (was dreading Gutenberg and put it off). Also installed the Classic Editor plugin. Now there is no box for TagDiv composer on any pages and that is how I originally created some of my homepage. I also can’t switch from text to visual, but I’ve asked my developer about that. The TD Composer plugin is installed and active.
My homepage got stretched full width, which I did not want, and I’d like to put it back the way it was. Thanks.

I think the new system is very nice. amp pages like the same mobile theme. The same now with the mobile theme is the same as the amp. I think it will be more efficient, wait for updates and innovations.

In this way, like many other users, I detect problems with the test amp https://search.google.com/test/amp
The only way to get the amp pages is to exclude SHOW ON AMP in the mobile theme settings getting a horrible amp page without style css. But currently this is the only possible choice to not have problem with google webmaster with amp articles.

Hi! after updating to the latest version, there is no thumbnail generated for video posts. i have to press “Update” before it is generated, unlike before the update wherein thumbnail is automatically generate after publishing.

A WordPress site I’m looking after has stopped being able to use the primary theme after an update. (Newspaper)
I think I just need to know which plugins to force update.
None of the ones I have installed are saying they need updating.
But from what I’ve read online manually updating certain ones will fix the issue.
The Newspaper theme is installed but it is missing the stylesheet and I am unable to see it in the installed list when trying to change themes through the customize screen.
I have the Envato Market Place installed and I can see the Newspaper 9 theme there but installing it doesn’t work as the theme is already installed.
I’ve taken backups and I’m considering deleting the theme and reinstalling to see if that works.
Please advise what is the best option to proceed?

Thanks for the references.
The thing is that the shortcode works as it should but it conflicts with tagDivComposer.
When I remove it, tagDivComposer works fine. If I add it again, I get the “Errors at columns: 2(models) : 8(dom). The model does not match the content” error when I open the taDiv Composer.
I read your references and I can’t see something I did wrong. The shortcode is developed as it should.
I have the previous theme’s version. I will make the update and I will let you know if the problem remains.

To be sure that the theme is updated without problems it is recommended to deactivate all non theme plugins and child theme ( if you are using child theme ) and after update you can turn theme on.
Also please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully

I have checked your website and I saw that your AMP is valid but please notice that you have 9.5 version of the theme. Here is talking about an old AMP plugin. If you want to have the new one, you need to update the theme to the latest version of it which is Newspaper 9.6, install the Mobile Theme and AMP plugin, set up according to our above documentation, clear all the caches and check the results.

So you want to modify modules 6 and 7 and enable the author name for them. Best way to do it would be in a child theme, if not the modifications will be lost after a theme update when the theme files will be replaced

The child theme is included in the full theme package code folder. Install it and activate it.
In order to modify a module it needs to be copied in the child theme, a directory path to it has to be created in the child theme exactly as in the main theme

I believe you have updated from a much older version, the socials design was changed a while back. Looks like part of the design of the socials is missing from what I can see. Do you maybe use a child theme? try to deactivate it if you do. Also clear all caching active on the website, as well as CDN if you use it.
If you already tried this, the next suggestion would be to as a quick test deactivate all non-theme plugins, check if this solves it. Let us know.
