Hi, i am facing some problem regarding ajax, the website is probashsomoy . com
1. Cant setup link in font awesome icons from tagDiv Composer. While i setup any link in text editor block, it disappears.
2. Ajax view counter is on, but Filter (Popular Last 7 Days) wont work.
3. I installed an Archive plugin. but while i click and days the archive of that day wont show up.
4. i changed the font size of Big Grid Blocks, but they wont change.
5. There was a tabbed accordion block in previous versions, i could access using Visual Composer.. but now i am afraid if i use Wp Bakery Visual Composer the site might breakup.
6. can i add more Social icons in the default Social system from theme panel? i.e IMO, Viber, Share Count etc..?

Th WordPress has an option, that is removing the avatar from everywhere -> https://i.imgur.com/lUjZrF6.png also you can use custom css, but this will only remove the element visual, this will be still loading in backend.
The file responsible for comments on cloud templates is this one -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_comments.php

Hi, I’m trying to create a parallax effect for my home page.
I’m using wp-bakery visual composer.
in “Row settings” I have set:
parallax=simple
Image= image url
But the image is not shown, if i Put the same image url in “Row > option design” the image is showed but it has no parallax effect.
Why isn’t the image shown?
How can I create a parallax effect?
I tryed also to use a TD composer to create parallax effect but in:
Row > (CSS tab) Background image, if I add a Image from Library, theme show this error “Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”
I tryed to deactivate “tagDiv Cloud Library” but not solve

I’m in the process of migrating my page and rebuilding it.
During my edits I discovered I’m not able to use image presets (25% 50% 75% 100%) the image is resizing visually, but not on the page – always stays full size.
I’m trying to make an image smaller.

I noticed that I can make it smaller if I edit the HTML and remove <figure></figure> block but it breaks the image block in gutenberg.
I imported pictures vis FTP and then added it to Media database with a plugin. Note, that I don’t have any images resized in the database, I set the WP settings for images to 0 and I will regenerate thumbs later.
Any solutions?
You told in Tagdiv Visual Editor Layout about it “empty element will be removed”
But during thr redesign I’ve got 3-5 rows with empty items.

Hello again … Unfortunately, I noticed again with an error. Error happens in microsoft EDGE browser.
Upon entering the home page, we find my “VendaOnline” logo and also the entry message to enter the “Entrar” account translated into Portuguese.
However, on another page, that same logo disappears, thus becoming the Default and the login button disappeared.
And yet, on another page the logo is back to normal, but the text of the login button, back to English …

we have installed your Newspaper theme, I’ve some questions:
In home page we have used a flex bloc to display the post on 3 columns ( http://wip.gazzettaitalia.pl/it/ ), but the border line that divide the columns has different height, there is a way to display this line with the same height?
For the flex block I don’t have find a “general option” to set the font style/size that we have used (imported from your cloud library), where do I find it in the admin theme options? (actually I set it from the block itself, but a general option would be better for our final client)
I’ve used your login//signin features, and its ok, we have to custom the email but I suppose we need a plugin for that right?
And, after login, clicking on the name of the user it show a strange message “Non è stato trovato nessun prodotto che corrisponde alla tua selezione.” why? Indeed there seems to be some problems between tagDiv Cloud library and WPBakery, we recommend to use only one of them with tagDiv Composer, in this case you need to use WPBakery and deactivate the tagDiv Cloud library.
We have a little guide for how to “migrate” from a builder to another -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ but if you have a lot of pages made in WPBakery, maybe it will be better to continue with it.
If you already using the plugins in this way, please let as know all the problems/bugs you are facing, in this way we can recreate theme and try to provide some fix for these problems.
To make sure that the problems are only between tagDiv Composer and WPBakery, please deactivate the rest of the plugins and let us know the problems that are occurring and how we can reproduce them, also some screenshots or a link where we can check theme we be helpful.

We have been using Newspaper theme for a while. Our website was developed using Newspaper 8 correctly, but we decided to upgrade it to Newspaper X and also access the latest Visual Builder version and new features.

We have updated the theme from Envato market and we have experienced a lot of problems in the interface. It turned a complete mess. Luckily, we are testing it in a staging environment.
We haven’t been able to find any useful information about the steps we need to follow in order to get our site working and upgraded to the latest versions. We would appreciate some help here.

I’m using Gadgets Pro theme, I want to make contact us page with header and footer and inside page body, I want two blocks one text block having little info and contact details and in second column I want to use shortcode for the contact form I tried few things but I’m not able to achieve this two-column thing, last time when I used this them with visual composer it was quite easy but with this composer, it’s so confusing which element to picking or whether it has such feature or not.

I think that you are using the Newspaper theme, because the last version Of Newsmag is v4.9.3
Also Newspaper 10.3.2 is most like a new theme, therefore the update from v 8.7.5 will need a lot for adjustment, that were made step by step in each update.
The best and fast way to make the updated was as you tried, on a staging website

it can’t be too difficult to add a cart icon and functionality? can you guys please add this? This is key to what I am building, I need the users to have the visual cart icon with one click access to the cart/checkout. I will pay more $ if need be. Blessings.

because in the ADD green button options, it only appears the 2 options with the search keyword “Column”:
* “Column title”
* “Column content”
Am I missing something?

Actually, I am trying to include a “Raw HTML” code on the front of my website, but it doesn´t look as pretty as I would like because as you can appreciate from the following image, the is a LOT of emptiness colored by yellow:

I think that this can be easy achieve by setting for each of these post a category that represent the level of priority for that post (most part for level 1 and 2) and on you homepage use tagDiv Composer and set the flex blocks/grids that you think that are the most visual and set the sort for latest and filter for the category level 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/sjVZsC4.jpg after that set another one for category level 2 if you want you can change the row layout to set these category one beside other -> https://i.imgur.com/lRbqkK8.jpg

I haven’t been updating my theme….because my site formating all goes away. We originally built the site using visual composer as the page builder…is this the issue? Can someone please explain to me how to update without killing all my formatting. This started probably a year ago…..
As i wrote in the first post I already tried editing your template without results.
The same template is used for both the “featured image post” and the “featured video post”, in the first case the image has bottom margin “X”, in the second case the video has (visually at least) bottom margin “Y”. Same template, different values.
I want the second margin to also be “X”, can you fix this please?

The only custom code I have in the whole website shouldn’t conflict with this pagination I think, btw here it is:

I have a very large site working on V9.2.2
It uses WpBakery extensively across thousands of pages. I tried to install V10 on a testbed and I cannot get any pages to work with Wpbakery enabled and tagDiv disabled.
Is there a migration tool from 9.x to 10.x that doesn’t involve rebuilding thousands of pages?
Also, what is the last version of Newspaper that I can use with my existing site without having to make drastic changes? Where do I download it from, please?
I realise you see this as progress – but leaving paying customers with no upgrade options means it probably easier to move to a completely different template that still supports WPbakery / Visual Composer.
Please give me some options.

1. We do not recommend to to use WPBakery (visual composer) on post, only on pages -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ also do what was the previews version that you use until the update? do you still have a backup ?
2. WPBakery is a bundled plugin and in Newspaper 10.3.1 (last version) the WPBakery version is 6.1 -> https://i.imgur.com/gZzLMk3.png as I can see you are using an old WP Bakery v5.0.1
4. As long the theme updates were made correctly then there should be no problems for pages.
5. Unfortunately our theme do not have this system, the only way to set the code only on a specific page is to set the id of page/post in your code.

I added buttons to my blog post via the Visual Editor. The mouseover looks fine and the buttons “look” clickable…but when clicked on there is no action…there is no new web browser tab and there is no action at all. Do I need to wait for a Newspaper Update to fix this?
I have been working on a wordpress site using newspaper theme. It is under maintenance mode until its ready to go live.
It had been working normally until about a week ago – when TAG DIV composer stopped loading suddenly – meaning I can no longer open the visual editor to make changes and it did not save the site properly. The main header and menu has disappeared and there are a few unfinished elements on the home page that needed adjusting.
TAG DIV seems to work properly on some of the sub pages – but not on the home page and not when I try to add a new page.
I have been in touch with my host provider who have ensured the settings are as per required for Newspaper theme., and they migrated the site to Managed VPS – but the problem still persists.
They found an error in the error log which could be an answer to the issue.

We did try disabling all of the plugins, clearing cache, and replacing .htaccess with default. We also ensured that base64_decode was already enabled.
