HI,
I have been using Newspaper pro from 3-4 months; I have been facing issues with page speed and the no. of request are around 90-100. this kills the speed.
As Per Google Page Speed tool;
1.32 s – Remove Unused Javascript is showing
0.6 s – Remove Unused CSS is showing
2.7 s Eliminate render-blocking resources is showing
And this I am not able to remove or troubleshoot;
I am using WP Rocket plugin and Bunny CDN also; but still the page score for mobile is poor (around 25-35) and around 80 for desktop;\

Unfortunately Litespeed has not been tested with Newspaper Theme.
Please make sure that your settings are set up as they recommend because this cache issue can affect everything from your website not just the theme.

The core web vitals for our website with newsmag theme is showing low points wrt to LCP,FID and CLS.
We have used all cache plugins etc.

However when i search a post it does not show the results in the results page, it does show live search results but not on the search page. For example, visit my website and then click on search and type “stranger” (for stranger things pinball) and click on search button, it will say no results. I don’t understand why…

We have made numerous tests on our website about the speed. It seems that the TagDiv composer is taking almost 75% of the websites memory and we cant work with it. also it is not making any changes once we do get to change something.

To can avoid this problem, you need to remove the mega menu, sticky sidebar, sticky menu, next prev buttons from blocks and other options that use ajax queries.

Hi I’m the developer of the website. I recommended this theme and Bluhost. it seems my guess was wrong.
PageSpeed Insights shows 15 🙁 I’m about to recommend the same theme for another client.
