I think you had a mobile page template assigned on single post template for the mobile version, and this was deleted from cloud templates but was still assigned to the single post template.

If you want to delete an empty column you need to know that empty columns are part of the row, and you can’t delete the column only the row that holds the column, this can be done with: using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard.

You can’t remove the empty column, you can remove the empty row, edit the page with tagDiv Composer and with a click right remove the row => https://www.screencast.com/t/9nWg97KsS.
Also, the empty columns will not be displayed on the desktop.
