Hi

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Also make sure that the parameters from system status have at least the value indicated here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
You can also check browser’s console while you’re saving the settings in theme panel. If the settings can’t be saved usually there should be a 403 or 404 error on admin-ajax.php file. The theme makes many requests to admin-ajax.php file the security module fro your server may treat it as a thread. In this situation that file is banned and the theme can’t access it anymore. Try to contact your host provider and ask him if you that file is banned or if there is any firewall on the server which may block the request.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme makes many requests to admin-ajax.php file the security module fro your server may treat it as a thread. In this situation that file is banned and the theme van’t access it anymore. Try to contact your host provider and ask him if you that file is banned or if there is any firewall on the server which may block the request. Also check the error log from the server, there should be some references at this issue.
We didn’t tested the theme with php 7 yet so we can’t recommend it for usage but so far we didn’t received any reports about issues with saving the panel.

Hope this helps.
Thanks!

Hi

On each site you can install a single demo which will apply its layout for all posts and pages. However you can create new sub-domains and impost a different demo on each of them. You can create a separate wp-install for each sub-domain and import there the desired demo.
Thanks!

Hi

The css won’t work in this case as the html structure does not allow a proper target without affecting the main menu. There is needed a bit of js to hide the main menu when the user clicks on view button.
Unfortunately I can’t provide a solution for the moment as this task involve some customizations in order to be achieved.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks!

Hi

Unfortunately theme’s blocks don’t have a numerical pagination, only these options are available for blocks: http://screencast.com/t/LfdBtCka91vS You can use numerical pagination only on post loop settings here: http://screencast.com/t/y3ZzTW2JQ0 Please check this topic for more details about page templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

Thanks!

Hi

The theme is tested and works fine on mobile with opera browser. Please make sure that you’re using Opera not Opera Mini which is a different browser and the theme is not tested with it. Also try to clear all caches, including mobile’s device cache memory then test the site again.

Thanks!

Hi

I can’t access that link as it’s from your back-end and I will need to login on your site. Also I am, not very sure what contact template are you trying to use so please provide more specific details in this regard and maybe we can help. You can also crate a test page and send us the url so we can have a closer look.
Also I’ve noticed that you’re not using our theme now. Please switch to Newsmag theme so we can inspect the issue and get back to you with an accurate answer.

Thanks!

HI

The theme does not create that folder, it may be created by one of your plugins. You can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, delete that folder then activate back the plugins one by one and check which one of them create that folder.

Thanks!

Hi

The bullets are available only for lists and posts displayed in blocks are not in a list. You will need some customization in theme’s code to achieve a similar rezult. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advice is to look for someone who can help you with implementation or hire a freelancer to do it for you.

Thanks!

HI

I assume that you want to remove/change this block: http://screencast.com/t/btl3HrJBWf6N If so you just need to edit the page using Visual Composer page-builder and delete or edit it. For more details about how to use Visual Composer please follow our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/

Hope this helps!
Thanks!

Hi

The theme don’t have any feature which ask the readers if they want to subscribe. I assume that you’re using a plugin whit a similar functionality. If this is the case you can check in plugin’s settings if there are any options in this regard.
If this is not what you mean lease provide more details about what you’re trying to do and also your site url so we can have a closer look and get back to you with a more accurate answer.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme don’t have an option to change this color from theme panel, you will have to use custom css either in theme panel or directly in style.css file: http://screencast.com/t/ftYp7NYnOqN

Hi

You can use each theme license just on one product (website/domain) these terms are set by Envato here – http://themeforest.net/licenses/standardhttp://themeforest.net/licenses/faq They specify that you can use one license for one product (website/domain). You can use the license on multiple test sites and on multiple sub-domains as a part of the same site-product as we did on our demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/

Thanks!
