Hi

After WordPress’s last update there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at V 2.3.6, and Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also check the browser console for any errors while you’re saving the settings. Usually there should appear a 403 or 404 error. If this happens contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.

Thanks!

Hi

Sorry for the delay, we don’t work o weekend.

@HowWikiHow
and @lmolengraaf make sure you have the permission for the upload folder set to 777 and also the parameters from system status have the values indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This issues has been reported on WordPress’s forum so you can take a look at this topics as it may help: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/media-library-broken-5https://wordpress.org/support/topic/http-errors-on-media-uploads-after-45-update

Hi

Try to replace the previous code with this one, it will be applied only for desktop and tablet:

@media (min-width: 767px){
.td-theme-slider.iosSlider-col-3, .td-theme-slider.iosSlider-col-3 .td_module_slide, .td-theme-slider.iosSlider-col-3 .td-module-thumb img{
height: 500px!important;
}
}

The image look distorted because was designed for a height by 580px. So the image being displayed correctly you need to define a new thumb in td-config.php file: http://screencast.com/t/y22E5r0cDYt ten use it in td_module_slide.php to display the new image size: http://screencast.com/t/zCyQSd3mN You will also need to regenerate your thumbnails so the changes to take effect.

Thanks!

Hi

I assume that you’re referring at this margin: http://screencast.com/t/oPtaYfSqz2
That margin is part of theme’s grid and can’t be easily be removed as it will affect slide’s layout. If i remove all margins the slide will look like this: http://screencast.com/t/m92XPAb1h
If this is not what you mean please provide more details about what you’re trying to do so I can inspect it and get back to you with a more accurate answer.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked a few random posts from your site and they are displayed fine. I assume that you’re referring at this blank space: http://screencast.com/t/piKkeNAGHMQj That space appear because of your article inline ad which display a blank ad as can be seen from my screen. Check your if you ad-code it’s properly added in theme’s ad-spot, clear the cache and test again. Also note that sometimes google may deliver blank ads untill the approval process it’s finished.

Thanks!

Hi

The only sorting options available for related posts are the ones from theme panel > post settings related article: http://screencast.com/t/12IWU0MViMHd To add new options you’ll need to edit theme’s files and adjust the code such that to achieve the desired result. All thei customizations require lot of time and many tests in order to be achieved. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site and the images are loaded fine now: http://screencast.com/t/UCvSrKcxoJtC However I’ve noticed that you have an error in browser’s console and theme’s icons seems to be blocked: http://screencast.com/t/Yowq4jJV Try this solution to unblock theme’s fonts: http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/71630/font-blocked-from-loading-by-cross-origin-resource-sharing-policy-no-access-co

Hi

The activation message which appear can be ignored. It seems they added this message in the current version but we cannot provide a license key as the plugin is a free version bundled with the theme. We will provide updates to it so you will not nerd any activation key to use it.

Thank you!

Hi

Thanks @Chris for your answer!

@Rukielnino
We certainly plan to extend the theme flexibility in the future updates. I’ve added your suggestions on our list and when the time comes our developers will consider it. This may take some time because we have a long implementation list and we take them one by one. However we don’t plan to implement any membership feature for the moment. We may change our mint in future but I can’t promise anything.

Thanks for your suggestion, have a nice day.

Hi

By default the theme does not have an option do display a shopping cart in menu. To achieve that you’ll need a plugin with a similar functionality or to adjust theme’s code. Here you can find more details which may help you in this regard: https://www.woothemes.com/products/woocommerce-menu-cart/https://slocumthemes.com/2015/06/how-to-display-shopping-cart-details-wordpress-menu/

Thanks!
