2. The footer have a fixed structure which is built from three spans and can’t changed easily. To achieve a similar layout as in indicated site you’ll need a custom footer template which will arrange the elements in a different way. This is a complex task which require many customizations and tastes in order to be achieved.
We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

The theme wasn’t intended to import different menu style from other theme and I can’t say how this will affect it’s functionality. Most likely will be required some customizations and many tests to make sure that the new menu will work fine.
We certainly plan to extend the theme flexibility in the future updates. I’ve added your suggestion on our list and when the time comes our developers will consider it. This may take some time because we have a long implementation list and we take them one by one.

@newsguy @iisnet mak sure you’re using latest version of Visual Composer included in theme’s path, V 4.11.2: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.

@RachelG when you’re using the Envato Toolkit to update the theme you will also get latest version of Visual Composer but will not become active until you activate it. Deactivate and delete the old version of VC, clear all caches then install new plugin’s version from Plugins panel: http://screencast.com/t/S7Jd4CGMi

You can try to replace the plugin’s login link with the one used by the theme, however I can’t guarantee that this will work as expected as I am not aware how your plugin make the redirect to login page. Here is the code used by the theme to access the modal window so you can try to adapt it in your plugin and check how it works:

These scripts seems to be related with a ads network and could be called by some as-code that you added in theme’s ad-spots. Also they could be called by a plugin which manage ads, if you’re using such a plugin.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, check your all code added in ad-spots, clear all caches and test again.
If you still can’t manage to solve this provide your site url so I can have a closer look.

After WordPress’s last update there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.

The theme does not have an option to generate a similar list. To achieve a similar layout you’ll need to generate it via html and apply a custom css style for it. This task requires basic html/ccs knowledge and if you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard my advice is to look for someone who can help you to achieve your goal as we can’t offer custom services at the moment.

Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with our theme and you don’t need any activation code for it. You can ignore the activation message because basically when you bought our theme you got a license for all plugins included in its path.
