Hi

Are you using the latest version of the theme, V 2.3.5? In v 2.3.5 which is the one available on themeforest the style for back-end post editor is located in editor-style.css file: http://screencast.com/t/eSec9JUcld

Thanks!

Hi

The theme does not have an option to make the menu always sticky only for mobile devices. You can use this option from theme panel > header > main menu: http://screencast.com/t/KJ1Yf3P3 but it will make the menu always sticky on all devices.

Thanks!

Hi

1. Use this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css and modify height’s value as you need:

.td-header-style-9{
height: 300px;
}

2. Use this css:

.td-header-border:before{
height: 0px;
}

3. use this css and change the border color as you want: http://screencast.com/t/xFpOGbGwhdT

.sf-menu .td-menu-item > a:hover{
border-bottom: 2px solid red;
}

4. On this site you’re not using our theme: http://screencast.com/t/FjiBvqvaRe so I can’t help, sorry.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site and the margin above the header don’t appear on my site now: http://screencast.com/t/uTOwOIvDjm If you still have this issue try to clear mobile device cache memory and test again.

Thanks!

Hi

1. I’ve checked your site with the ad-block enabled and the logo it’s displayed fine: http://screencast.com/t/31fiUVRA However the theme cannot control the action of ad-block software. The ad-block is an extension which act on the browser and it’s action is not related with the theme.

2. The favicon it’s displyed fine on my site: http://screencast.com/t/RVeNn7gMr If you still have this issue clear all caches and test again.

Thanks!

Hi

The theme was designed to display related articles only on post post types: http://screencast.com/t/1KDBA1ySu8 In order to extent this functionality at custom post types are required some customizations in theme’s files.
This is a very complex task which require many customizations in order to be achieved. Unfortunately the time does not allow us to offer custom services at the moment so so if you still need guidance on this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks!

Hi

We certainly plan to extend the theme flexibility in the future updates. I’ve added your suggestion on our list and when the time comes our developers will consider it. This may take some time because we have a long implementation list and we take them one by one.
At the moment I can’t provide a solution as this is a task which require some investigations but this will be in our attention for future updates.

Thanks for your suggestion, have a nice day.

Hi

The position of featured image depends by post template used. I am not sure what post template you’re using for posts so please provide a link where I can inspect this.
Meanwhile if you’re using post temlate 1 try this css in theme panel > custom code > csutom css: http://screencast.com/t/XZH2Ux5hucwg

.td-post-template-1 .td-post-featured-image {
float: none;
margin-right: auto;
margin-left: auto;
}

Thanks!

Hi

Have you followed the instructions from our page-speed documentation and the the server is still overloaded? Please provide your site url so I can take a closer look.
Note that w can’t offer page-speed customiztions, we can only guide you in the right direction but you are the one that has to do the adjustments. The theme is tested and optimized to work an every server but there are many aspects which can influence your page speed. On the forum are many topics regarding the page sped so you can do a search for more details about this.

Thanks!

Hi

Indeed the post views column from back-end it’s added by the theme ant to remove it you need to edit the td_wp_booster_functions.php and comment these lines http://screencast.com/t/5mzXrxuCa8http://screencast.com/t/FoMzn2rMvS01

Hi

Use this css: http://screencast.com/t/6sOZrgchPhttp://screencast.com/t/3S7IAyoFrM

.td_block_14 .td_module_mx1 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before{
background: none;
}
.td-grid-style-1 .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before{
background:none;
}

If you decide to use different grid styles and you still want to remove the dark gradient just re-add the first css code and change the number from grid style class with the one corresponding with the grid style used. For example if you’re using grid style 4 the class will be: .td-grid-style-4

Thanks!

Hi

You can try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css to achieve a similar layout: http://screencast.com/t/F9EgCwlA2

@media(max-width: 768px){
.td_block_11 .td-module-thumb .entry-thumb {
width: 100px;
float: right;
margin-left: 20px;
}
}

If you want a different implementation you will need some cutomizations in theme’s files as the css code can’t reproduce 100% the layout of block 8 on mobile.

Thanks!
