Hi

That happens because robots.txt file block google to crawl that folder: http://screencast.com/t/wyMjcLsLLrW You need to change that rule and the error should disappear.
Thanks!

Hi

Are you referring at this ad: http://screencast.com/t/ojOSgBNFPHj ? If so then indeed is not linking to the correct url, I didn’t seen it firs time, sorry.
I am not sure why the link is not working But you can try to deactivate all plugin, leave just Visual Composer and WP ADV Pro active then test the site again. Also try using a default wp-theme and check how it goes.

Thanks!

This is a complex task which involve some js customization and many tests in order to be achieved.
We can’t offer speed customization services at the moment so if really need this and you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi

You will need some customization in theme’s core files to achieve a similar result. This is a very complex task and unfortunately I can’t provide a solution at the moment. Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/conditional-logic-for-menu/#post-20087 as a reference, it may help.

Thanks!

Hi

Yes it is possible but you will need some customizations in theme’s core files in order to achieve the desired result. All blocks are generated from one or more modules and you will need to edit the file corresponding with the modules used: http://screencast.com/t/Cm7Gpja44o You can check where each module is used in theme panel > block settings: http://screencast.com/t/SBKPS61X

Hope this helps.

Hi

I’ve checked your site and all ads works fine on my side, also there are no errors in browser’s console. If you still have this issue try to clear all caches then test the site again. Also the theme is not tested with WP ADV Pro plugin and I can’t say for sure what could cause a possible conflict. It may be caused by latest update of WordPress, but this is just an assumption.

Thanks!

Hi

Are you sure that code correct? From what I can see it only calls an external script. If you add the code in a js row from Visual Composer: http://screencast.com/t/3ZgHKM8YOyjH it will be rendered as a script and if that code is correct will display an output.

Thanks!

HI

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of Newspaper theme. http://screencast.com/t/5mtyHoL3b Try to update the theme at V 7.3 which is available on themeforest and also update Visual Composer at V 4.12 and Social Counter at V 4.1. Social Counter must be configured according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ These versions are included in theme’s path. After the update process it’s over clear all caches then test the site again.

Thanks!

HI

Please check these topics as a reference, my colleague Alin pointed a possible solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/order-of-sub-categories-in-mega-menu/https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mega-menu-filter-categories/

Hi

Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/4Tzf5PBp7jvJ It will re-arrange the ads according with screen’s width.

@media(min-width: 1320px) and (max-width: 1500px){
.right{
right: 0px!important;
}
.left{
left: 0!important
}
}
@media(min-width: 1250px) and (max-width: 1400px){
.right{
max-width: 130px;
right: 0px!important;
}
.left{
max-width: 130px;
left: 0px!important;
}
}
@media(max-width: 1290px){
.left, .right{
display: none!important;
}
}

However on screens smaller then 1290px the ads will be hidden because there is no space for them, and if they are visible will be pushed under page’s content.
Hope this helps.
Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site and found a js error in browse’r console: http://screencast.com/t/336nNWAZFp
Please make sure that you’re using V 3.1 of Newsmag theme, this version is available on themeforest, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, p[urge cdn files if your using then testy the site again.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi

Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then testy the site again.
Also did you used Newspaper theme before? This error is related with pot template 11 which is not available on Newsmag theme. If you used Newspaper and for some posts you have set post template 11 the theme will return an error. Try to edit the post and set for it a post template available on Nessmag theme.

Thanks!

HI

Unfortunately the theme does not have an option in this regard and to achieve that are required many customization and tests. We can’t offer customization services at the moment so if you really need this or you’re not aware of the steps you need to take in this regard please consider hiring a developer or a freelancer to do this for you. You can also try a plugin with a similar functionality but I can’t make any recommendation as we didn’t made any testes and we can’t say for sure how those plugins will work with our theme.

Thanks!

Hi

I’ve checked your site but the indicated ads are not there now. I need to inspect the ads directly on the site, otherwise I can’t provide a solution. Try to re-add the code which generate those ads and let em know when I can inspect the site again.

Thanks!

HI

I assume that you want to add the name of primary category as a class on body. If so try this code in functions.php:

function category_id_class($classes) {
	global $post;
	$td_post_settings = get_post_meta($post->ID, 'td_post_theme_settings', true);
	if (!empty($td_post_settings['td_primary_cat'])) {
		$primary_category = get_category($td_post_settings['td_primary_cat']);
	}
	$category = get_the_category($post->ID);

	if(!empty($primary_category)){
		$classes[] = $primary_category->category_nicename;
	}
	else {
		foreach((get_the_category($post->ID)) as $category) {
			$classes[] = $category->category_nicename;
		}
	}
	return $classes;
}
add_filter('post_class', 'category_id_class');
add_filter('body_class', 'category_id_class');

If you have a primary category set for one post its name will be added on body classes. If the post does not have a primary category on body will be added the names of categories assigned for it.

Hope this helps.
Thanks!

HI

Since V 3 we added options to hide post meta on modules so you can remove them from theme panel > blocks settings: http://screencast.com/t/cuzJhkhHF3v

It could be a cache issue so try to clear all caches then test the site again. Also try using a different Facebook id. Let us k ow how it goes and if you still can’t manage to solve this please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your login credentials and we will inspect this issue as soon as possible, also include a link to this topic.

Hi

Try this css to make the footer and sub-footer full width: http://screencast.com/t/9ieuw6BFWl

.td-footer-container,
.td-sub-footer-container.td-container {
width: 100%;
}

.td-footer-container.td-container .td-pb-row,
.td-sub-footer-container .td-pb-row{
width: 1021px;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right: auto;
}

Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
