Sorry but for the moment we have no plans on implementing a different mobile menu. If this request becomes more popular, we will try to implement a few options for it, but for the time being, there is no plan in motion.

Thank you for understanding.

Hello,

The only tested and recommended plugins to use with our theme are these ones:

WP Super Cache- caching plugin
Contact form 7- used to make contact forms
bbPress- forum plugin
BuddyPress- social network plugin
Font Awesome 4 Menus- icon pack, supported in the theme menus
Jetpack- plugin with lots of features *it may slow down your site
WooCommerce- eCommerce solution
WordPress (Yoast) SEO- SEO plugin
Wp User Avatar- Change users avatars
WPML – multilingual plugin

Anything beyond this list is not tested and I cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Unfortunately I cannot provide any solution for untested plugins.

Thanks

Hello,

There are different methods to implement an image. In your case as the image also has text on it, it needs a different implementation. Here is an example:
1. add a column text element to your row where you need the image:
https://www.screencast.com/t/eZF4YQz48KK
2. edit the content by pressing this button: https://www.screencast.com/t/9Wwh7rAp
3. press the add media button and insert the image: https://www.screencast.com/t/DgogIMIz

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately I cannot test this on my end as we do not get the issue. This happens when using cdn or optimization tools with untested options such as wprocket, minification of the css, rocket loader, autoptimize, etc.
We do not recommend any of those tools.

You should add the code in the advanced css section so it only affects the desktop version though.

Thanks.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no guide created on how to use the plugin.
After you have installed that plugin you should add the shortcode generated by the plugin and place in the header column text like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/AB20uPgwMr
The shortcode is generated by the plugin so do not use the one from the screenshot. Use the one that your plugin generates.

Thank you!

OK. i understand now, but this does not come from our theme.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Then test again without the plugins to see if it’s still the same. Please also test on a wp default theme like twentysixteen.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience but there were a few issues with the 8.7.x updates until we managed to fix all major issues in the current version. Please download the theme again form envato (even if you already have 8.7.2) and install the version available now. Then you can go ahead and make the switch to php 7.2 as we can detect no more issues.
The issues were regarding the tagdiv composer but it was fixed. You should update the tagdiv composer as well as it will not update along with the theme. Delete the current plugin you have and install it again after you update the theme.
PS always make a back-up before any update.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately only by installing a demo or by altering the theme css can you add a content background from the theme settings. You can try with css to get a background color for all the content as a custom solution:

.td-container-wrap,
.post {
background-color: #e6ded2;
}

Add this code in your theme panel-> custom css box.

Thank you!

Hello,

Sorry but for the moment posts, categories and other templates cannot be stretched to full width. Only pages.

Thank you!

If you want the logo bigger, try this code:

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap-full, .td-header-wrap .td-header-menu-wrap, .td-header-wrap .td-header-main-menu, #td-header-menu {
height: 100px !important;
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle,
.header-search-wrap {
top: 23px;
}
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-height:100px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap.td-affix {
transform: translate3d(0px, 0px, 0px)!important;
}
.td-header-style-6 .td-main-menu-logo img{
max-height: 100px;
}
}

Thank you!

Hello,

Each and every version of VC needs to be tested and the proper adjustments made in the theme. That is why we only recommend using the version we provide along with the theme.

Hello,

That screenshot is from the ionmag theme or you had ionmag and used the big grid red blocks. They are not available in the newspaper theme. Please remove them and use blocks that are available in the tagdiv composer.

Thank you!

Hello,

The row background color is different than the theme background. The theme background is added across the whole site, so a row cannot override it. Please open a new topic and provide an example of the issue you are facing and a link to your site so we can investigate.

Thank you!

Hello,
If you want to hide the title from that specific post, you shoul;d add this code in style.css:

.postid-744 .td-post-title{
display:none;
}

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately we cannot intervene. You will have to somehow contact envato. Try to use a proxy server to contact them if you cannot access the website directly: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821620-Contact-Us
Sorry for the inconvenience but we do not have access to the envato platform.

Thank you for understanding.

Hi,

You can try this code:

.home .td_block_wrap{
margin-bottom: 14px;
}

You can adjust the margin if you need bigger or smaller space.

Thank you!

Hi,

Post style 12 and 13 provide an ad spot that can provide exactly the implementation you mention. But if you want a custom implementation on a post style you prefer, you cna find the files corresponding to each post style in the main theme folder: https://www.screencast.com/t/MwJT9l1BBb
Each post template has 2 files corresponding to it. a loop single file and a single template file.
If you want to add a banner in post style 1 and 2, you shoul;d edit loo-single01 and loop-single-2 and place your code here: https://www.screencast.com/t/w1SqEIOk3E4i

Thank you!

Hi,

Sorry but we cannot offer any custom work at the moment. We are a small team and do not have a customization department. We try to help out where we can if the customization is not very time consuming.
Our official support pol;icy states that customization services are not covered:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/

You should hire a freelancer to help out with the code needed. You can hire a freelancer from sites like studio.envato.com

Thank you for understanding.

Hello,

Altering the theme files in a wrong way has consequences. If you make custom modifications to the theme files, you need to know what you are doing so you do not affect other parts of the site. Our theme does not have any template where you can place the featured image where you want but rather in designated places offered by the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
If you want to alter this functionality you should hire a freelancer to help with with the code.

Thank you!
