Hello,

The spacing comes from the block’s and page margins and padding.
Try to add this code in the theme panel-> custom css box:
.td-main-page-wrap{
padding-top: 10px;
}
.td_block_trending_now{
margin-bottom:30px;
}

Thanks

Hello,

Indeed dues to the responsive nature of our theme, the sidebar will go under 300 pixels on tablets as the layout will not allow a 300 pixels sidebar on a tablet that is under 1020 px width but unfortunately this change is not possible as the theme layout is not changeable in our theme. We do not have any feature to change the width of the theme and doing so using custom modifications will break all of the theme elements which were created based on the width of the content and sidebar. SO the solution required by your ad network is not viable.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,

This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Sorry but we do not have installation service to provide.

Thank you!

Simply put ago in front of the function.
<?php $post_id = $this->post->ID;?>
<?php echo 'ago ' . human_time_diff( get_the_time('U', $post_id), current_time('timestamp') ); ?>

Hello,

No, making a child theme will not change the theme settings. But if you just want to make css modifications, you do not needs a child them at all. You can simply use the theme panel-> custom code-> custom css box to make you modifications.

Thanks.

Hello,

The solution was presented ion the other post. You use visual composer on posts. Please disable the tagdiv composer plugin.

Thanks.

Hello,

Maybe there are customizations in your child theme that affect the tagdiv composer, or your child theme is not created properly. Please use this guide to properly create a child theme and mind the customization you add:

Hello,

Our theme does not have such specific settings to enable or disable an ad on specific templates or parts of your site. You will need an ad management plugin in order to have such features.
You can also try the coding method if you are comfortable editing the theme files. The code for the header ad is found here: https://www.screencast.com/t/BFZGOe2zRRD

Thanks.

Hi,

Only if you install a demo with content, will the layout be pulled as well. You cannot get the layout if you do not install the demo content.
Here is the layout you are looking for: https://pastebin.com/3Gk2VFLK
Copy the code onto your page in the tiny mce editor in text mode: https://www.screencast.com/t/zyYUYLl5

Thanks.

Hello,
Please use another ad size than 696 for content ads. The content width is only 630 px if you use a sidebar. The ads will fall back to other siezs if the container is not big enough to fit 696 px.
Either remove the sidebars on the posts where you want the ad or use a size smaller than 640 px.

Thanks.

Hello,

Sorry but filezilla is not part of the theme. If you cannot edit the theme files, that is a limitation on your server, not the theme. Please contact your host if you cannot edit files on your server.

Thanks

Hello,

As I see it, you use visual composer on posts. The image issue happens because you use visual composer on posts and now have updated the theme and have both plugins active. Please only use one page builder and not both at the same time. The tagdiv composer plugin activates automatically in newspaper 8 so please disable it if you do not want to use it.

Thank you!

Hello,

Please do not use both page builders. The pages previously built with visual composer will have to be re-built using the tagdiv composer. You cannot edit a page built with one page builder using the other one as it will create issues.

Thanks.

Hello,

Each demo has it’s own style and custom features. If you want to replicate a feature from one demo and implement it on another demo, this is not covered by the theme support. Each of the demos has the stylesheet present in the theme files where you cna find the css code used. Here is the code you are looking for: https://www.screencast.com/t/LOQwGbh4y7f

Thanks.

Hello,

The mobile theme uses a different menu than the desktop theme. Please set a menu to your mobile site using the menus section of wordpress under location settings.

Thanks
