hello,
indeed it gets a css value to remove the pointer events. Please replace the code with this one:
@media (max-width: 767px){
.td-wpml .menu-top-container {
width: 100%!important;
}
.top-header-menu{
display:flex!important;
}
.td-wpml .menu-top-container .wpml-ls-item.menu-item-has-children .sub-menu{
right: auto!important;
left: 0!important;
}
.td-wpml .menu-top-container .wpml-ls-item.menu-item-has-children > a{
pointer-events: all;
}
}
Thanks

Replied in the other topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/i-cant-find-tagdiv-composer-2/

Unfortunately our theme does not have such an option. The theme ad system places adds across the whole site at once. There is no option to remove the for selective parts of the site. You can maybe use an ad plugin that can offer this type of functionality.
Thank you!
Hello,
Here are a few possible fixes for the error you are receiving:
1. Your cURL is outdated. Get in touch with your host’s support team with the request to update their cURL library to the latest version.
2. There is no open incoming connection available on your server. To resolve the issue, request your host’s support to allow open incoming connection for your website.
3. Your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) do not match. Make sure they are the same as your current domain name (WP Dashboard => Settings => General).
If all else fails, you can install the plugin via FTP: https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-manually-update-wordpress-plugins-via-ftp/
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have an option for sticky mobile ads regardless of the mobile theme. you will have to use plugins for such ads.
Thank you!
Thank you. I will pass this information on and we will take a look into this matter.
Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not provide such a timer. You can maybe find a plugin that can provide such a feature. I cannot provide a recommendation though.
Thank you!
Until we inspect the site and run a debug, it is hard for me to provide any solution as I have nothing to start with. I need to investigate the issue in order to provide a solution. I cannot do that except from the back-end. you cna create a temporary user and delete it after we are done with the investigation.
if you want to go at it yourself, please follow these steps:
1. disable all plugins
2. clear cache
3. disable the child theme i you use one.
4. make sure the theme is installed proeprly
5. Check the system status screen for errors.
6. Check the htaccess file on your host for particular rules that can affect the site.
Thanks.
Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.
Thanks.
Hi,
The stretch row option I have exemplified above changes that exact spacing. It makes the content larger so the space becomes smaller left and right of the main content
Thanks.
But did you revert the settings to no stretch here? https://www.screencast.com/t/5LbSsyh9
Also, if you need a boxed layout you must use a background image or color: https://forum.tagdiv.com/background-introduction/
Thanks.
Please use this css code in your theme panel under custom code-> custom css:
.td-post-category{
border-radius:5px;
}
Thanks
hello,
The title is there but the text color is white. Please check your amp colors and set the text to black.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the theme panel: https://www.screencast.com/t/slTXTGQByhec
Blocks do not show quotes. They only how an excerpt of the posts.
Thank you!
Hello,
You get this issue because 1: you use an older theme version and did not yet update to the latest version and 2: you keep both tagdiv composer and wpbakery active.
We recommend only using a single page builder and disabling the other and we also recommend updating to the latest version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.

Hello,
Please read this guide and check the offset feature: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Thanks.
Hello,
There is no extra step for you to take. I will pass this information on to the development team and they will check if there really is a security threat or not. it is not the first time certain scanning tools provided false positives with our theme. Please provide a precise log of the scan so we can investigate the issue.
Thank you!
Hi,
They are not just color variations. They are entirely new layouts: https://www.screencast.com/t/ylAxWbrg
Thanks
Hello,
I’m not sure what you mean. The theme post count is a simple hit count. Each page reload will increase the number by 1. However this is affected by cache so if you use caching you should also turn on this option: https://www.screencast.com/t/LLOtADFupnl
Thank you!
Hello,
@jesusito Indeed it seems the option for the font size does not work on module mx 21
You can try to change it from within the tagdiv composer though:
https://www.screencast.com/t/9A74pMzot
@wowney it depens on what template you use on your posts. If you use a custom cloud library template, you will have to make the font changes from the tagdiv composer directly on the template.
Thank you!
if you still ahve trouble with the composer after updating it, please contact us on our email address at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to your site and wp-admin (login information and admin rights) so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this conversation so we can identify you.
Thank you!
