Hello,
It seems that you have not created the mega-menu properly. That is why it breaks. You will have to remove the sub-categories in the menu element before making it a mega menu. You simply add the parent category and select the mega-menu option;. The theme will grab the subcats automatically.
example:
wrong mega menu: http://screencast.com/t/v1WzLENdw
right mega-menu: http://screencast.com/t/82UzWTWUjVx
Thank you!
Hi
We have actually found that it’s a wordpress issue. It seems that version 4.6 created this issue on all themes: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/deletion-failed-the-requested-theme-does-not-exist-2/
Until they fix it, we suggest updating using the ftp method
Thank you!
Hello,
We are aware of the incompatibility between revolution slider and woocommerce together with visual composer. The other theme probably does not use visual composer. There is an issues between these 3 plugins and our theme and it is pretty hard to figure out exactly what it is. We will update revolution slider in the next update so hopefully this issue will be fixed by then.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m not sure about the top errors, The ones on the bottom are not errors and the syntax is correct
The 2 > signs come from 2 closing taqs. A closing php tag at the end of a html tag that together form this ?>> http://screencast.com/t/sXXrXYESkqW9 The syntax is correct for this part as well:
get_date(false);?>
get_comments();?>
get_views();?>
I suggest you search for a few php tutorials as a reference.
The top errors seem to be database errors which have nothing to do with the theme so please switch to a standard wp theme and test again.
Thank you!
The css code can be added to the theme panel-> custom css box
Thanks
Hello,
Please provide a link to your site so I can provide the proper code. It depends on the header style that you use and there re many header styles that have a bottom ad spot like that.
Thank you!
Hello,
You will have to be more specific. What links are you referring to? Please provide a screenshot as the only bright yellow I see is the header and top menu which can be changed from the theme panel-> theme colors section.
The other links cannot be targeted individually as they are affected by the theme accent color.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately I cannot help you on this as we did not test any custom taxonomies on posts. Our theme supports custom post types and custom taxonomies but I am not sure they will work together with categories. You can simply use a sub-category for the branching hierarchy you mention.
You will have to get some help on this as we do not have any customization department so we cannot offer any custom work at the moment.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please provide more details about which Instagram widget you are referring to. Is it the social counter widget or the footer Instagram element? Please use this guide for the social counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ and this guide for the Instagram widget: https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
Thank you!
Hello,
We already have this request on our list but unfortunately there is no simple solution for it. Our theme was built in such a way that is now very hard to implement such a thing without drastic changes. When we find a viable solution for this we will include it in a future update but i cannot promise anything.
Thank you!
Hello,
The author will need a bit of a css fix as the css got changed a bit in the new update but the author name was not updated for it. So until the next theme version please use this CSS code in the mobile theme’s custom code box:
.td-post-author-name div { display:inline; }
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hello,
The latest articles element is not part of visual composer but rather part of the theme. it can be added by changing the page template from here: http://screencast.com/t/9XPYGl83kf
After you select the page template a new option will be available here: http://screencast.com/t/Gu141Fhl
Thank you!
Well use the same instructions we provided for @slashedbeauty
Try to ractivate your thumbs from the theme panel and then regenerate thumbs.
Thank you!
Hello,
The comment count can be removed from posts here: http://screencast.com/t/papGwliSK and for pages and categories from here: http://screencast.com/t/RGgpMDJl
The comment count cannot be removed for proffered pages. It can be removed with css though.
If you only want to hide it from the category pages and from the author pages you can use this code:
.category .td-module-comments, .author .td-module-comments{
display:none!important;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to modify this file and change the number of products shown: http://screencast.com/t/hOEOWUgMQQ
Simply change the number 4 to 16
Thanks.
Hello,
The play icon cannot be removed from the theme settings but it can be removed with css. You can use this code:
.td-video-play-ico{
display:none!important
}
Thank you!
Hello,
It is possible but not if you use a sidebar. A sidebar limits the post content to 696 px. If you disable the post sidebar you can have pictures as wide as 1068 px
Thank you!
Hi,
Well we have not tested this but this is the css class you have to target to do it:
.td-module-thumb:hover{}
You will have to use a few css tricks to do it. W3 schools is a good learning platform that can help you out on your task.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately our theme does not have a photo sharing option. You can only share posts from the theme settings. We did not implement any photo sharing. Sorry. You will have to use the standard method by copying the photo url
Thank you!
Well they are not backwards compatible. At least we have not tested it that way. Content you create with one could not work properly on the other. Our tagdiv composer is still in beta version though so compatibility is still limited for now. We will keep posting updates as we get fixes in.
Thank you!
Hello,
The author name can be hidden from 2 places. One is for posts: http://screencast.com/t/02ysv4rxtZrJ and the other is for the homepage and categories: http://screencast.com/t/p50nH0XV
The color you want changed can be changed it with this code:
.single .td-category
a{
background-color:red!important;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
The css code or this element is quite a mouthful as it affects a bunch of different elements.
Here it is:
.block-title > span, .block-title > a, .block-title > label, .widgettitle, .widgettitle:after, .td-trending-now-title, .td-trending-now-wrapper:hover .td-trending-now-title, .wpb_tabs li.ui-tabs-active a, .wpb_tabs li:hover a, .vc_tta-container .vc_tta-color-grey.vc_tta-tabs-position-top.vc_tta-style-classic .vc_tta-tabs-container .vc_tta-tab.vc_active > a, .vc_tta-container .vc_tta-color-grey.vc_tta-tabs-position-top.vc_tta-style-classic .vc_tta-tabs-container .vc_tta-tab:hover > a, .td-related-title .td-cur-simple-item, .woocommerce .product .products h2, .td-subcat-filter .td-subcat-dropdown:hover .td-subcat-more{
background-color: rgba(6, 122, 180, 0)!important;
}
.block-title a, .block-title span, .block-title label{
color:#2196F3!important;
}
You can change the colors to your liking. I set the background transparent and the text blue, but not sure it’s the blue you are looking for.
Thanks.

Hello,
Please disable all plugin s except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This could be a plugin conflict that is breaking our live search.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can use this css:
::-moz-selection { /* Code for Firefox */
color: pink;
background: yellow;
}
::selection {
color: pink;
background: yellow;
}
Simply add the code in the thee panel->custom css box and change the colors to your preferred ones.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please test your homepage as we only tested optimization for page speed for the homepage not on a post. You should always test the homepage as posts have a different implementation and the results can be off. We are aware posts get a lower speed but there is little to be done about it for the moment. We will look into it in future releases but for now I cannot provide any solution for post optimization.
Thank you!
