Hello,

I have tested the mobile theme with the latest version of speedbooster (4.5) and it seems to work properly. Please make sure you use the latest version of speedbooster (found in the main theme package) and make sure you disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
For cloudflare we only recommend these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ and these settings for supercache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I have alsop check ed your page speed on google and you seem to get a pretty good speed: http://screencast.com/t/Gwr48qvLWi
We did not see any score of 63.
The resources you mention are nowhere to be found.

As a note, the plugin works fine but there could be external interference that can make page speed slower. Page speed customization falls beyond what the theme support can offer you.

Thank you!

Hello,

Each post template has 2 files that correspond to each one. One is a loop-single file and one is a single-template.
Both together form the post template. If the code you are looking for is not in the single-template files then look in the loop-single files: http://screencast.com/t/39YlHC2WY

Thank you!

Hello,

You can use the shortcode from visual composer like so:
Create the google map on a duymmy page
access classic mode and text mode in the visual editor
copy the big shortcode between the row and column tags: http://screencast.com/t/auTTid9i8OZC
insert it into your post in text mode.
As an alternative you can use plugins to implement google maps on posts.

Thank you!

Hello,

Unfortunately you cannot change the default blockquote but you can select a different blockquote like so:

Hi,
Well block 13 on a full width layout will use the 696 thumb and stretch it a bit afterwards to the full width of the screen. This is the way it was implemented. http://screencast.com/t/3Rx3o0lLhn
It also affects block 18 and 20.
Thank you!

Hello,
Well, there is no official method of bringing all the content to another site. This is a wordpress functionality unrelated to the theme that you use. Please check this guide:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Moving_WordPress
or: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-properly-move-wordpress-to-a-new-domain-without-losing-seo/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,

If you want to change the text “by” you can do it from the translations panel here: http://screencast.com/t/kOlDBCYu72cD

Hello,

Unfortunately I cannot help as we have not tested the go pricing cart plugin. Please try your code in the main functions.php file, not in the child theme to see if it works from there. if it does not, it could require adaptation to work with our theme but plugin implementation in not part of the theme support i’m afraid.
You will have to get some hired help if you cannot do it yourself.

Thank you for your understanding.

Hello,
Well what setting would that be? I cannot say anything for sure based just on “changed a setting” Please provide an example and a link to your site so I can inspect it
Thank you!

Hi,

Well one of the errors n you debug refers to a simplecache plugin. It could either be that plugin or another one. We suggest disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site without the plugins to see if you still get the errors.
As for the caching plugin we recommend wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Thank you!

Hello,

You can rate our theme if you want from the envato platform on this page: https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/reviews/5489609
As for the background, your image has to be bigger than the content for anything to show up. We suggest updating a 1020×1080 image for hd monitors as they are the most commonly used. Also make sure you set it to full image in this setting, not thumbnail: http://screencast.com/t/Ntylgi3I92

Thank you!

Hello,

Our theme does not provide such an option unfortunately. You will have to use plugins to create a members area.

Thank you!

Hello,

It actually depends on how you implemented the fb comments. If you edited the theme files, you will have to add the fb comments code above the social sharing code on each post template. If it’s a plugin, you will have to follow the plugin instructions to add it in the theme code above the sharing here: http://screencast.com/t/Nnka0KK0p

Thank you!

Hello,
You do not need to register the plugin. We provided free of charge and you have access to all of the plugin features as it is. We cannot offer any purchase code for the plugin activation. You can ignore the activation messages.
Thank you!

Hello,

Well a page does not have a taxonomy. A page does not have any sub-pages in our theme. There is no such functionality. Our modules and blocks can be set to show pages instead of posts like so: http://screencast.com/t/iOuvwDG9lV

Thank you!

Hello,

If you want to remove the author you can do it from 2 places. One is for the post itself and can be deactivate from here: http://screencast.com/t/XJblBn08f2
The other option is for the homepage and category archives: http://screencast.com/t/IvJKtTHgyW

Hi,

I’m not sure how you want it positioned, but you can try this solution:

.category-gadgets .backstretch{
top:550px
}

Change your category name to one of yours. mine is named gadgets.

Thanks.

Well gravity forms is not a tested plugin so i cannot provide any implementation method to something I have no idea how it works. Unfortunately plugin implementation falls beyond what the theme support can offer you We only recommend these plugins: http://screencast.com/t/VHeoAQfKxf

Hi

Please make sure that you update the theme according to our documentation, also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and Mobile theme, clear all caches, purge cdn files if your’re using then test the site again.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello,
This type of errors usually occur due to plugin conflicts. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test your site again.
