Hi,
You can use your browser to see the page source and do a search for plugin on any wordpress site to see their active plugins (not all are displayed though) On this site I see a plugin called ‘social warfare’. Maybe that’s the one you’re after.
Thanks.

Hello,
I have checked your website but could not find any scrolling issue. I checked on chrome, firefox, opera, internet explorer and safari, but still could not find issues. Please try it from a different machine.
Thank you!

Hello,
The problem is not from the update, but caused by the cdn server. It is because of the fonts. Please read this topic to see how this can be fixed. https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/
Thank you!

Hi,
The top menu is hidden on the mobile menu, but you need to provide a link to your website so we can create a css code for it.
Thanks.

Hello,
Simply ask your hosting provider about GD library. You can also make sure you have the featured image activated in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/4XDSqg2fq (You can also try it without any other plugins as well to rule out any plugin conflicts. Make sure you clear your cahce after you disable them)
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,

Do not delete your child theme before making a back-up or you will lose all your modifications. Like I said above, the child theme needs to be replaced only if the files you have in the child theme are on the list here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/updated-files-from-6-6-4-to-6-6-5/ If they are, then only those files(the ones on the list) need to be replaced in the child theme.

Thank you!

Hello,
The blue block does not come from our theme so it must be either a plugin or custom made. this being the case, we cannot recreate it on our end to know why it’s not positioning properly. You will need to provide a link to your website so we can inspect it but I cannot promise anything as the element is not a theme element. If you do not want to post the link here or if it’s a staging site and it requires a password, please sent it to us via email at contact@tagdiv.com
Thank you!

Hello,
this type of issues usually occur due to plugin conflicts. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check your mobile menu again. If you use a child theme, please try to activate the main theme to see if the problem does not come from there.
Let us know.
Thank you!

Hello,
The files from your child theme will not be deleted. But if you make an update to your theme that means the main theme files will be replaced. This also means that the files you have modified got modified in our update, you will have to replace them inside of your child theme and remake the modifications. The child theme is not update proof. There is no such thing as a modification you can make and have constant updates without it affecting your modification. The code gets changed, so if you keep your modified file with the old code, your website will break. What you have to do is make a list of the files you modified in the child theme to keep track of them, then check the modified files between the theme updates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/updated-files-from-6-6-4-to-6-6-5/
If you modified any of those files, you need to download the new file and modify it again and replace it with the one from your child theme.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hi,

IF can also try activate the main theme if you have a child theme active. On old and not updated child theme can also cause issues.
Another thing that might be causing this is this option: http://screencast.com/t/fMbIM3tPH3L
Please check if you have not disabled the images from the theme panel.

@Olak
Your problem is very different. Your images cannot be found in the specified path, that is why you get the small icon . Please make sure you have the specific images in the original path. If not, please add your images again in the media library.

Thanks.

Hi,
You will have to contact envato and let them know about this. We have no control over this from our end. Sorry!
Thank you!

Hello,
Do you have any modifications in your child theme? that is an important notice as if you do please check the modified files between versions and remake your modifications to the new files. (you will have to replace modified files in the child theme as well) It is recommended to recreate your child theme every few updates. There is one included with every update.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hi,
There is no ideal size. Different containers use different thumbs. You will need to assess the elements you will use on your site and make sure you have the proper image sizes that will fit the biggest container you use. Then you can check the aspect ratio for the images so they will not be cropped badly.
If the big grid 1 container is the biggest container used you can use images of 800×600 for example (in order to have high quality on posts as well.) The post template you use is again a variable in this as the big image templates 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 require bigger images to display properly.
Hope this helps.

Hello,
The theme does not have any options for this. It will have to be hard-coded.
You can add conditions to this file:
http://screencast.com/t/KyNVTDsF
You can use these functions:
https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_category/ and https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_page/
Hope this helps.
Thanks.

Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you have custom modifications revert them to the theme defaults, and if you use a child theme, please activate the main theme. Check again afterwards.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Hi,
Unfortunately we do not recommend changing the theme width. Changing even one pixel of the width will cause the elements to break. Our theme uses a fixed width and you need to adjust every element on the page to the new width. We do not encourage this modification.
Thanks.

Hi,
You can add the code in the loop-single files like so:

For the one before the related: http://screencast.com/t/TuH7nIiYK0la
Thanks.

Hi,
If you do not have any other modifications, then you can simply replace all files and that’s it. You can update directly via ftp and replace all the files. Or maybe you have other modifications and you know the files modified for those ones so you would not replace all files. (best to always keep track and back-ups of your modifications).
There is another way to find modified files. If you have the latest version of the theme, then you can use this tool: https://forum.tagdiv.com/compare-theme-files-winmerge-tutorial/ to compare theme files from the default theme to yours.
Hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,
I’m not sure what SEO tools you use but the theme uses a H1 tag by default. You can check your post url with the google structure data to see if the H1 tag will be properly recognized (and it will)
Try to use different tools and see the results. Also try it without the seo yoast plugin if you think this is the cause of your problems.
Let us know.
Thank you!

Hi,
Sorry but I cannot understand exactly what it is you want to achieve. There is no easy solution for changing the width. You need to be as precise as possible.
I can;t understand what a ‘sider width 300px’ is or what ‘change the chip’ means.
please provide more details with examples and a link to your website so we can see the changes. But keep in minf that I cannot promise anything because changing any width will be a big hassle. Like I said, many items will have to be modified.

Hi,
Every post template has a specific class you can check here: http://screencast.com/t/GgiEwozGrpSQ
You can add multiple conditions to the code if you wish to change it.
As for the plugin, we are not sure how the plugin works. You will need to use the implementation method specified by the plugin author. If you want to modify this behavior, we cannot offer any suggestions as we have not tested the plugin and have no idea of it;s functionality.
For the third part, there is no benefit at all, as different versions of visual composer will not work with pur theme properly except for the one that comes bundled with our theme. Please use just the version you can install from here: http://screencast.com/t/iuv6drOf (we will update the plugin along with the theme)
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately we only get the landing page: http://screencast.com/t/pGXXJiscCxed
I assume you are talking about the more articles box: http://screencast.com/t/xCwppzqtg
This can be disabled from here: http://screencast.com/t/TVIP7Pb2uj
Thanks.
