Hello,
Sometimes ads have compatibility issues with certain browsers. An ad could be visible on one browser but could not be visible on another one. This is best described here by one of our veteran users: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/problem-displaying-ads-on-ios/
Thanks.
Hi,
Please follow this topic to see how it can be done: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-change-font-for-text-logo/
Thank you!
Hello,
That is because you have the website boxed. If you apply a background image or color (white counts too), the theme will make the weebsite boxed version. if you want to be able to have full width elements like the block you exemplified, you need to remove the background image and clear the background color: http://screencast.com/t/eRe8EtCO
Thank you!
Hi,
Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can take a look.

Hello,
On the latest version of firefox I could not see any issues http://screencast.com/t/F7LeVwplEQS0 neither could I find any errors on safari 9. Unfortunately I’m not sure the theme will even work properly on safari 5 as it is a very old version. I can’t provide a precise answer as none of us tested the theme on old versions of safari. Sorry. Please let your client know that the theme could not be compatible with such an old version of the browser and we recommend he updates safari to the latest version so he can benefit from the theme features.
Thank you!
Oh…Sorry…No. It’s contact@tagdiv.com
Hi James,
Let me try to explain a different way.
The read more tag will only work on module 15. Our theme uses modules and blocks. Blocks are simple containers for 1 or more modules. The module is the basic structure of the theme elements that display posts on a page or category archive, …etc. You can see how blocks are created using modules here: http://screencast.com/t/NpZhgQaafW5j
There is only one module where the more tag will work and that is module 15. Any other module will ignore the more tag. Unfortunately module 15 cannot be used on pages. Only on category archives and wordpress templates where you can use modules directly without the use of content blocks: http://screencast.com/t/LyqkFkgnC
On your homepage you cannot have module 15 unfortunately, but you can controll the excerpts in different ways. You can either select the length for them for a particular module from here: http://screencast.com/t/zz485MYMThM or you can assign a custom excerpt for every post in post edit like the screenshot above: http://screencast.com/t/hwZcmrCykl (you will have to type in the excerpt)
I hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hi,
You need to adapt the css for responsiveness, yes. You can set the width in % or you can assign a different width for different viewports using @media or the advanced css boxes here: http://screencast.com/t/FIh6a3XY
Thanks.
Hi,
Please send us the login information via email at contact@yahoo.com so we can inspect this issue. Please also provide a link to this topic so we can identify you!
Thank you!
Hello,
This is no issue. The more tag will not work with our excerpts as they are custom made. If you want to add manual excerpts to a post you can do it from here in post settings: http://screencast.com/t/hwZcmrCykl
Our excerpts can be controlled from the theme panel: https://forum.tagdiv.com/excerpts-introduction/
The only place where the more tag will work is the m15 module that can be used on category pages for example:
http://screencast.com/t/6qI88R3RnS – this module will display the full content of the post but it cannot be used on pages as there is no content block created with this module.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hi,
The best way to do it is add all of your post content inside a div element like so: http://screencast.com/t/lPLcAJy7y then use the class assigned to it with css like so:
.mycontent{
width:745px;
margin-left:auto;
margin-right:auto;
}
Result: http://screencast.com/t/fbfbPNIW
Thanks.
Hello,
You can add an image on a row in visual composer like so: http://screencast.com/t/RzYGk3Dhvs
Then you need to assign an extra class to the row so you can target it with css: http://screencast.com/t/tw1jAKzptg4
And then you can apply a top padding to the content:
.myextraclass .wpb_column{
padding-top:60px;
}
result: http://screencast.com/t/dxzbFvOx3mq
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have checked your website and saw that you have the proper image tag set up in seo yoast.
http://screencast.com/t/qeXoMgbXQ
Unfortunately the theme does not control this behavior of g+. It sometimes grabs the first image it can see on a website and sometimes the mega-menu images get pulled before the featured image of the post. Unfortunately there is no definitive solution to this problem. There is one thing you can try as specified by this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/compatibility-wp-4-4-and-new-g-share/
But even so, this is not 100% it will work. it worked for some users and it did not work for others. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about how google captures images from the website.
Thank you!
Hello,
You can find many online resources for this. One of them is this one:
http://www.seochat.com/c/a/search-engine-optimization-help/schema-org-and-microdata-markups-for-seo/
Hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please add the code so it will look like so in your htaccess:
http://screencast.com/t/lNM9ioSSM – http://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/71630/font-blocked-from-loading-by-cross-origin-resource-sharing-policy-no-access-co
Thank you!
Hi,
I will need a link to a post without sidebars though. I could not find any posts without sidebars on your website. I will need one to work with.
Thank you!

Hi,
Please send us the login information at contact@tagdiv.com along with a link to your website and a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’m not sure what you mean. If you want to show pages in our content blocks, you can select them from the block settings: – http://screencast.com/t/frgXJCrlb
But the downside is, pages do not have featured images so there will be no images in the block like so: http://screencast.com/t/wrt5omSgG
Thank you!
Hello,
Please delete the old theme from your server, download the latest version fro envato (6.6.5) and install it on your server. Maybe this will help: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
You should be able to access the server via ftp. And simply replace files. If you cannot access ftp, then please contact your hosting provider to instruct you on how to access your files on their server.
Thank you!
Hello,
@mlgallant Well if the option does not stay selected, that is the reason you do not see featured images. Please try to clear your cache after you change the setting and make use you increase the system status parameters according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ If you still cannot get the option to stay selected, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect it. (also include a link to this topic so we can identify you)
@Olak,
Please re upload your images in the media library. edit a post and remove the featured image that does not show up and upload it again. Do the same for the logo and your ad in the header. http://screencast.com/t/WwLgJ0UB55j
Most of your posts do not have a featured image set so you can only see the placeholder image on your homepage.
Hope this helps.
Thank you!
Hi,
I assume you want to reduce the text are size as without a sidebar, the text are has a width of 1068px
Please provide a link to your website to I can inspect it and create the css directly.
Thank you!
Hello,
Do you have any custom modifications done maybe? Please try to update your theme to the latest version and check again. If the problem is still there then please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect the issue.
Thank you!
Hi Paul,
If you upload small images, then it depends on the post type you chose. DIfferent poist types will display the image differently. You can use a css trick to center your images like so:
.td-post-template-default .td-post-featured-image img,
.td-post-template-1 .td-post-featured-image img,
.td-post-template-2 .td-post-featured-image img
{
margin-left: auto!important;
margin-right: auto!important;
}
This will work for the default, template 1 and template 2 post types.
Thanks.
Hi,
You can see this option in the ajax filter settings. http://screencast.com/t/jVswBwmWC If you type any name here, there will be a first menu item that has the default sorting for the posts (the one from the filter tab). If you do not type anything in this field, that first menu item will not show up.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
