Hello,
If you did not alter the php files, then nothing will be changed. Your settings will remain the same. It is a good idea to make a back-up just in case though.
Thank you!
Hello,
Sorry but our theme does not have any option to change a sidebar based on the post author. Sidebars in our theme are changed for each post in particular but you cannot set an automatic sidebar to be grabbed just by specifying another author for your post. You will have to select the sidebar you want for each post in particular if you want them different on different posts.
Thanks.
Hello,
Please try it in a column text element in the tagdiv composer, not in a raw html. Use the tiny mce editor in the column text widget and place the code in text mode, not in visual mode.
Thanks.
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The bookmarklet will be shown when you add the site to the home screen. Please check this guide: https://www.howtogeek.com/196087/how-to-add-websites-to-the-home-screen-on-any-smartphone-or-tablet/
Thanks
Sorry but the page does not work. Please provide more details so we can better understand the issue. Use this guide to set it up properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please do not use sub-categories to the featured category. This is not tested and could provide issues with the functionality.
The simplest method would be to use tags and filter the posts by tags. If you want t post to be a top story, simply add a tag in this regard and filter that tag on the top block.
Thanks.
Hello,
If you want to move the theme license to another domain, you can de-register the theme from the system status screen and then use the same purchase code to activate the theme on the new domain.
Thanks.
Hello,
It seems you do not use our own page builder but rather one from PenciDesign This was not tested. The only page builders that are tested to work with our theme are wpbakery and our own tagdiv composer. Other page builders could provide issues, as the one you are facing.
Thanks
Hello,
It is the ad. Please check your mobile ad sizes as the ad overflows the content width. It is not responsive.
Thanks.
Thank you for sharing.
Hello,
Using a page builder on posts was never tested in our theme so I cannot say for sure why this happens. Try to implement the image through the tiny mce editor instead.
Thanks.
Hello,
If you remove the code I pointed out, it will remove the comments. If you replace it with a plugin shortcode, then it will probably show the plugin comments but this is not tested so I cannot say for sure. You can use a do_shortcode function: https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/do_shortcode/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the missing categories to see if you have posts added to them. If a category is empty, it will not show up in the ajax filter.
There is also no limit to the number of rows you can use. Full width or not.
Thank you!
Hi,
I will add this to our list but this request will need to become more popular for us to consider implementing it into our themes. We get lots of requests and we have to prioritize based on popularity.
Thank you for understanding!
In this case, since you eliminated the theme ad system by implementing the ads through a third party plugin and still get the same problem, it means the theme is not to blame. That is why I recommended this solution, so we can exclude the theme interference. Sorry but in this case there is nothing to be done from the theme side.
Thanks
Hello,
Our own page builder is still “young” and there is definitely room for improvement. We are constantly working on improvements for it and it’s ‘stability’ has become our number 1 purpose for future updates. We are not pushing users away fro VC. We are simply not investing any more time and effort into VC as we have our own page builder to worry about now. That is why all of our theme new features will be implemented through the tagdiv composer. You can still use VC if you want. We are not eliminating it’s use.
Thank you for understanding.
Hello,
1. Unfortunately the theme does not have any such option. If you designed a custom page for the tag and you want to use it instead of the default tag template, you can use a redirect plugin like so: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-creating-redirects-in-wordpress/
2. The same redirect from point 1 should fix this as well.
3. It should not impact seo in any meaningful way.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please create a new page using the page builder. Use rows and image elements and all other elements available in the tagdiv composer to make the page layout exactly as you need it and then set it as a shop page in the woocommerce settings
Thanks.

Hello,
Please create a new page from scratch for your shop. You will not be able to edit pages created by the woocommerce plugin using the tagdiv composer. You can assign any page to your shop in the woocommerce plugin. Use these shortcodes on your new page: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/ You can implement them through a ‘column text’ element
Thanks
Hello,
@mchammy75
You seem to have a plugin conflict going on. If you say it works fine without plugins then you should identify the one causing the problem and remove it and do not use it again with our theme.
