Hello Vlad,

if the fonts cannot (or shouldn’t) be removed, how can I add “font-display: swap” to all the @font-face styles in the theme? It would be great if you could do this in an update of the theme so it is optimized for pagespeed.

There are a lot of other minor things, that this theme can do, e.g. set an explicit width and height on image elements to reduce layout shifts and improve CLS (logo in header and footer).

we are running our Website and the Newspaper Theme (v1.40) with the Yoast Premium and the Yoast News Plugin. We have a few problems with Yoast and Theme. The canocial url breaks as soon you do a scheduled posts. This will cause errors for your SEO and Google will ignore you this posts for the quality news feed.

We still waiting for a fix and more informationen from the TagDiv development theme.

Hello Vlad S,

we are running native ads using Google Ad Manager.

However ads are not showing because of missing TCF and CMP Consent. The other AMP Plugin (AMP for wp) which we have used before supports privacy notice and gdpr popup, however with Newspaper there is no such solution.

can you please recommend a solution for TCF/GDPR Consent on AMP/Mobile theme? This is really crucial and important, if nothing works with your theme you have to find a solution about this.
