Most likely, you can achieve as you wish but through the code and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry! As a hint, we recommend using the Child Theme to your custom modification to avoid losing all of them to a future update. Usually, we recommend the developers from studio.envato.com

I have inspected your website on my mobile and the menu seems to works as expected. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CND files and check the results.

Here is talking about two different things! Notice that the Custom Posts has a custom taxonomy which cannot be displayed at the default Category pages. You should use the Cloud Library if you want to create a custom post template, for example, which you want to display it in Category Page. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed. In your case, if the second site is totally different from the first as content, you should purchase another license.

Please notice that I have tested this behavior on my website and the YouTube Video title is there in the both of ways. I saw that you are using the WP Rocket plugin which is not tested with the theme, which seems to be a problematic plug-in with the theme. Try to disable it, remove all of the other untested plugins and check the results.
