Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files and check the results.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the stretch container and content for your header and that’s why all of your item menus are aligned to the left. It seems to be very weird. Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause this error, sorry! My advice is to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that, by default, the theme does not have any kind of problems with that borders, sorry!
