Hello Lewis,

You can hide that weird black point if you use a bit of Css. Please, place the code below in your Theme panel->Custom Css area.

.wpb_wrapper li {
list-style: none;
}

The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/zueLqE7r

Hello ned4spd8874,

As a quick solution, you can try the code below and place it in your Theme panel->Custom Css area

.post-ratings img {
float:left;
margin-right: 10px
}

The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/39xCDRtXf68

Also, you can try to disable all other plugins and check that there is a conflict of plugins which causing this problem or the problem comes from our theme.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hello eyesandvoice,

You can achieve this if you use a bit of Css to hide the category title on your page. You should place the code below in Theme panel->Custom Css area, like this:

.td-page-title {
display:none;
}
.td_category_template_7 .td-category-title-holder {
padding-top: 0;
}

If you use a different template per category, it is also necessary to replace .td_category_template_7 with category_template used to apply the code above.

The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/PbxWPfOS

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hello dicasocial,

Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. If you are using the Photon feature of Jetpack, please disable it because this feature is known to cause errors with our theme.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello frankcf,

Unfortunately, our theme was not designed to show this kind of future. Please try to find a plugin to do this thing for you. Also, you can test in on your side and let us know how it works, because we don’t have any plugins tested to do this. Hello awtown,

The Posts Slider is an element in Visual Composer and you can set in only from Visual Composer, like this http://screencast.com/t/t4mxkG69nyE

I do not understand very well to what effect you mean more exactly. Please provide more details about what you want to change, so I can be able to provide a more accurate response.

If you want to change the structure of the Posts Slider, it is necessary to alter the code of this and it is custom work. If you are not aware how to do this, I consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you, because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello listsy,

Unfortunately, it’s not an easy task, the blocks are integrated in the theme and they also come with custom css which is based on the theme grid structure. Each block uses a certain module (in some cases two modules), the files for modules and blocks are located in – http://screencast.com/t/IfgDfvH19 The css can be found inside the style.css file – http://screencast.com/t/tKu6SSskwgv

My suggestion is to hire a professional developer to help you with this task, if you don’t know any look for one on places like – http://studio.envato.com/ – We would have gladly made it for you but for the moment we cannot offer custom work, sorry for this.

Hello finanztip,

Unfortunately, we do not have a specific guide to “How to create custom template” because to achieve this are required more knowledge of hard-coding and also, custom work. I suggest you make use of a child theme if you want to have a custom template on your website because, on the next update, all the code will be overwritten. You should create a custom templates using API. More details about this way can find in our documentation, here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/

In this section we will present the new theme API system which brings theme customization to a new level and allows users to modify or add new elements like single templates, smart lists, thumbs, modules, blocks, header styles, category templates, footer templates.

If you are not aware of steps which you should follow to achieve this, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this thing for you, because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Hello finanztip ,

Normally the Envato policy allows the use of a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB.

Hello Lewis,

I’ve checked your site and I saw that you use and old version of Newsmag (1.5). First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. You should update to your Visual Composer to ultimate version (4.8.1). After this changes, if your problem is still there, please try to update your theme to ultimate version (2.3.2).

Before to update, please backup the whole current theme installation as well as the database and wp install: https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups

After this, you can use the ftp method from theme’s update guide to uploading theme’s files and remove the previous theme files before uploading the most recent ones then test this again and let us know how it goes.

You can find a video tutorial on how to do this in theme’s update guide here: http://screencast.com/t/jNFnYQ0ONohttps://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/

Hello rishab55555

Below, I gave you an example for what you want to achieve to put a button after the posts title. First of all, you need to make a custom class and add an image button you like and place it in loop_single.php, like this: http://screencast.com/t/FapsZDElh and also the code you should find here: http://pastebin.com/iHh4SKpy . After this changes, you have to use a bit of Css with the code below:

.button {
position: relative;
float: left;
display: block;
top: 9px;
padding-right: 10px;
}

The result you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/9uofVar07nx

There is just an example. You can adjust the values and put another image source until you get what you want.

If you want to have another different button for each post title, please find a plugin to do this for you.

Hope this helps!

Hello StockFanatic,

You have to regenerate the thumbs for the images with the Force Regenerate plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/force-regenerate-thumbnails/ Most of our clients who have used this plugin were satisfied.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello tanteidee,

I’ve tested on my side and it is not possible to achieve “Accordion” into a “Tabs”. When you are in Tabs option and try to add another Visual Composer element, the Accordion does not display http://screencast.com/t/UZSpJyBCHhhttp://screencast.com/t/vfedt7RUtGWZ You should use separately, like this: http://screencast.com/t/AExmsn5u

Hello,

We did some tests on our theme and developers have found that there is a problem with pagination on category pages if you do not use a Big Grid. We have a quick solution for this problem. You have to alter and replace a part of the code with this: http://pastebin.com/gGHDaB2g , like this: http://screencast.com/t/VTA7WyDf7gT . Another workaround would be to use some Grids in your category pages.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will improve in the future updates.

Hope this helps!

Thank you!
