I have no image in the background,
I havent seen the latest, but I fear the same animation in the background can cause issues so will keep the setting I have now where I replaced your menu to something faster which has no issues

Anyway, thanks, until you acknowledge and address the issues, I think I’ll keep the new settings I have as its got us better engagement

Thanks for the reply, but its the usual and the same as you have always been saying

Firstly your menu as issues, that’s for sure it just takes extra time to load… even on your demo when you look at it on mobile

Also as mentioned we went above and beyoind, getting cdn, optimization imagify… even found out that your lazy load was not true lazy load

bottom line, my annoyance is we spent all this time and we were ok before , we thought your team will just do better but it did badly, and now we changed for the mobile and guess what stats started changing almost immediatley, can’t be a coincidence, the data just shows it all… I show you alexa, but I seee more in analytics and adsense too how we jumped advert per click.. a lot was affected and even if what you say makes sense on paper, the reality says otherwise

Anyway, I will surly contact you for a refund as I’m looking for a main switch for the desktop… months were wasted unfortunately and I was just hoping you will say.. we will look into it, or maybe even consider it and then will have some hope you are at least trying, unfortunately its the same old…. good luck guys

I have started using keycdn imagify doing so much stuff I never even did for the other themes we use and can’t break through the speed . Our old ugly theme was much faster without any of these and even more plugins do you can understand my frustration.

What I am saying is that how come all themes I have use … which is a lt for different sites, none have issue with delay in menu loading? must be something you need to address

Basically 85% of our traffic is from mobile. And most on slow connection and we have huge competition too so load speed of menu and others is an issue affecting us immediately as we switched theme. So please understand our position.

It is a 90 year old company with a history

Have a look and see what is the best option you can give as we are really trying not to switch to another theme

When I turn of the mobile then no errors in google as it can be tagged but with mobile theme on seems it has different structure

I’m not using any images just text. How come other themes don’t have this issue… what’s the little that can be done as it’s just text… apart from removing background image

Starting with point 3: The error warning started happening right when I activated mobile theme

4. I purchased the theme for speed, our alexa has really been falling drastically since install, we have noticed that the menu takes some time to load , its like it has a delayed animation.. This happens on your demo too. It thenm works fine after first load, but when you move to next page it struggles to load again. So if now if mobile isn’t faster, what will make the main site faster

2, we have optimized it accordingly and even added imagify, keycdn but the issue still persist , can you have a look? Please note that this is not a new site, it’s very old and has a history, and loads of visitors and has other thems changed. I am trying to resolve this with you, if you will take the time to see, but it just seems the speed issue is really a problem,

Firstly I’m not sure what’s up with that logo, I know I have changed it, to make sure it’s gone I just went ahead to rename it and upload it afresh, seems it got stuck on Google reading even if I changed it. But it’s sorted now… Good catch

I tried this script in the past but it keeps breaking my site… I cant remember I think in one of my settings I got this sorted with a plugin, can’t remember now as I have been trying different settings to get this theme to work

I’ve also added back our keycdn, and it does seem faster, but still not exciting google because of images

We have been able to reduce and compress some of the css, please test and see the settings I put back

What bugs me is that this is the third theme we are changing over time, and this is the only one that has this much issues:( and hardest to optimize

I hope they still address other issues as I see honestly no supprort from them which makes me concerned

ohh… also after downgrading visual composer, we can no longer see the editor in edit page, which is understandable being and older version, but the new version doesnt work with your theme

Bumping this as well to show its not an isolated issue and needs attention asap

I finally found 4.92 somewhere on my drive, and it did solve the problem

so sad the tag div team refused to look into this issue …. big red flags

Also to be honest I am begining to feel that it’s time to move on as these are issue support should be all over, but instead they decided to take the approach that nothing is wrong and we should figure it out which shows warning signs:(… my alexa ranking is dropping and I’m honestly just have to look for a new theme, I’ve never ranted about any theme before in my many years

I saw some people had some similar issues with the versions of the theme, that when they switched to older version they had their site stabilized. I was hoping that you would have addressed the issues but looks like the same old reply and deflecting any more considerations.

The theme has something going on and its not the first theme we switched and never had this issue, I just didn’t like the theme so got yours and the same day I switched stats went backward. I really hope you look at this as it really its an issue and I know another big site like hours who was using yours had to swtch away … punch news was using yours and they had to leave for these same issue, and I also know another who is considering the same I’ll send you the url if you want

INCLUDING THE FACT THAT SO MANY USERS IN THE SAME DAY HAVE HAD THEIR IMAGES STOP LOADING AND YOU GUYS ARE ONLY SUGGESTING TO DISABLE PLUGINS
