@vlad there’s a row, that contains a video, immediately below the first row, and I hid it on all devices while we sorted out a video problem. Now that the video problem is solved, I need to restore the row, but there is no option to unhide it, since I can’t see it to select it. Hope that makes sense.
Right. Where are those instructions?
You should have added this information when you replied to my thread.
We are good to go sir! Thank you.
Hi Vlad, just following up here. Did you guys receive your login credentials? I sent them out on Friday. I wonder if our server is blocking some scripts or something? I think we just need to know what’s not being loaded properly.

We don’t use caching plugins either. Not currently.

Thank you Vlad.. Is there a way to close out these threads? I don’t want you to waste your time if we find a solution after you post..

It just seems crazy they wouldn’t have taken these bloated callbacks into consideration when creating the theme. They slow everything down. There should be a toggle switch for all callbacks, so we can shut of bloated API’s calls that aren’t being used.
“Thank you for your understanding”
?
Nothing sounds more douchy and condescending then adding this to your answer!
How about, “we don’t support this option but here’s where you can put in a feature request”.
Or better yet,
“This option isn’t supported but here’s what you can try adding to your themes custom css to solve the problem you are having”.
You know, something useful.
Thanks for your understanding.
Okay I figured this one out. Operator error. All but the h3 was set properly in the theme settings.
Hey Vlad, I’ve already got the classic editor installed. I can’t stand the new one.?
Hey Calin, I’m using the newspaper theme version 10.3.2. All caches purged (there’s purge button on wpengine), plus my browser. And the API is in place.
The social counter seems to ignore channel/UCpvyOqtEc86X8w8_Se0t4-w
and redirects to the default setting you guys have setup

which is a 404.
Not sure what I could be doing wrong here?
