Hi Bogdan B.,

you are a miracle, honestly. Emptied my cache several times during the past 24 hours, never helped. Just did it again – and the counter works. Absolutely no clue what happened, maybe some Bodgan magic.

Anyways – THANKS! 😀

Hi Bogdan B.,

I´m currently facing the same issue (Link) for facebook as well as for google+.

– Social Counter is uptodate (4.1)
– IDs are correct (links are working just fine)
– I changed the IDs to cocacola, didn´t work as well

Any ideas what might went wrong here?

Thanks!

Hi again Catalin,

thanks for your reply! 🙂 So just to make sure I got you right: The stuff seen on the Video “Newspaper 7 – The new mobile theme”…

https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ (as seen here)

…starting from Minute 1:02 has nothing to do with the mobile theme? If so – the video seems kind of irritating to me 🙂 🙂 What do you think?

Looking forward to your reply!

Cheers

Hi Catalin,

thanks for your reply! Yepp, I know that 🙂 Refreshed like 100 times, opened up a new tab, didn´t help 🙂 The only thing that helps: clearing the cache (that´s why I opened up this thread 🙂 🙂 ).

Hi Catalin,

so sorry to say that – but this didn´t help me as well 😉

I´m sure you know the chrome dev device emulator: https://developer.chrome.com/devtools/docs/device-mode – that is what I´m talking about. As soon as I switch to mobile, I can´t go back to desktop without clearing the cache. Normally, the template should adapt to the screen size as this makes e.g. development easier – but that doesn´t happen here…

You know that I mean?

Hi Catalin,

thanks for your reply!

But sadly, this didn´t help at all :D. You´ve posted the exact same links that i´ve posted in the OP and as I wrote, they didn´t help me at this point.

Again: In your marketing vid, one can see that there is a possibility to get access to the different pages of the website. I got that there are only two modules and I´m fine with that. What I want to know is: How can I get these modules to take over the content on the corresponding pages?

Here´s the easiest explanation of what I want to find out – let´s say, my website only has three pages:

1.) A Homepage (carrying several modules showing random content of page X and Y)
2.) A Page X (carrying several modules showing content of category X)
3.) A Page Y (carrying several modules showing content of category Y)

When I open up my mobile page running on mobile theme, this is what I get:

1.) My Homepage (carrying Big Grid Mob 1 (featured content) and a list showing random content of page X and Y)
2.) My Page X (showing NOTHING but a white page)
3.) My Page Y (showing NOTHING but a white page)

I want the system to just show me the content (posts!) of the pages on each page – using the mobile Big Grid Mob 1. and the list as well, of course. Because this is what a user wants from a mobile page (thats at least what i´d expect^^)

What do you think? 😉

Hi Catalin,

thx for your reply! Would you mind to explain why I have to switch to the td_module_single_base.php instead of just using the style.css?

The reason I’m asking is that I’m currently already using the style.css for several css modifications (which btw started the moment a member of your support team suggested to modify stuff like that 😉 (that was another question i’ve posted several days ago).

Thanks!

Hi,

absolutely did the job – great support Bodgan & thanks for always providing some more info on “why” and “how” as well!

Hi Bodgan,

thanks again for your help – very much appreciated.

Hmmm…actually, I´m not sure if that´s really the source of the flickering here. I just disabled speedbooster for testing, but the experience remains the same.

The only other plugin I would expect to have an influence on that behavior is WP Super Cache, but as this one is listed as fully supported by your theme…

Would you mind to have a look on the page yourself? Feel free to click the navigation and keep an eye on the logo, the header color and the font weight.

Looking forward to your input!

Hi again Bodgan,

sorry for asking again – I tried to find what I´m looking for, but beside deactivating speed booster completely (what I would like to avoid), I can´t find any option to make sure that I css gets loaded immediately.

Honestly, I´m wondering: Does it make sense at all to use speedbooster with your theme? If I got you right, the usage of speedbooster will ALWAYS result in flickering regarding ANY css changes in the theme panel. I mean, I simply changed the font weight…

What do you think?

Looking forward to your help!

Cheers

Hi Bodgan B,

thanks again – could you please tell me how i can remove style.css from speedbooster? Speedbooster itself doesn’t offer any preferences at all…

Thanks!

PS: Same goes for the MENU BACKGROUND COLOR by the way – changed it from white to #efefef and everytime a page loads, you can see it switching from #ffffff to #efefef.

Help is very much needed…

Hi Bogdan,

thanks for your reply, very much appreciated! But yet some more questions came up ;):

1.) When entering the css above, the logo “flickers” from its original size to the one defined in the css (e.g. from 400px to 300px)

2.) after playing with the font styles in the theme panel, the very same happens to the fonts. For example, let‘s say I‘ve changed the menu fonts from default open sans to bold – and everytime I switch the page or reload the page, I can see the font switching from standard to bold

This looks like the css injection happens on site of the client and too low – is there any way to prevent this stuff from flickering? This really bothers me…

Thanks!

Hi Bodgan B,

thank you very much for your reply, that helped a lot! But I‘m asking myself now: Am I right to assume that I simply can‘t use

.td-logo { width: 130px; }

in custom css anymore? Actually, I used it in order to get a sharper & crispier Header Logo…

EDIT: Fixed issues with social widget (reinstalled the update, seems that the first activation went wrong).
Problems with the header logo are still there 😉
