It worked partially. I mean now I am able to see the image caption link under the image but it doesn’t support any customisation that we had done with it. I mean , I have changed the font, styling and size etc for the caption using theme optional as well as some CSS codes but these are not valid here with JPEG. On contrast, everything is working fully fine with .GIFs that are added using external link.

To understand better , Have a look at these two images

Another big issue with this image captioned JPEG image is the whole image is clickable. I mean if someone clicks the image , it will open the image source link in a new tab. While the default property should be that only by clicking the Image source link text ( here the word “Source” ) should be clickable , not the whole image. I hope that you are understanding what I am saying.

Kindly see if you can provide some temporary fix for these issues and be sure to cover all these things in the next update.

One more thing- For “Smart List Style-1 ” as per the previous comment by Bogdan, the images are by default set to left aligned. I think it must be “CENTER ALIGNED” to look better on the screen based on “STYLING” of this listing. You can notice that “smart list style-1” and “smart list style-7” is appearance wise same but the “style-1” is ajax based while “style-7” is normal. But “style-7” has images aligned in the centre by default.

So, please make the alignment of style-1 images in the center too in the next update and do provide me any temporary solution for it.

I really need this because for users point of view, Style-1 is very fast and responsive and I really want to use quite often for my smart list posts, but due to this ugly left aligned images, it looks bad. I hope you must be agreeing with me on this.

But I still couldn’t understand why “Image source captioning” aren’t visible on JPEG images As you said, smart lists only identify the h3,h4 etc. and it doesn’t almost touch anything under the content area, then why does it interfere with “Image source caption link” ? I can cope up with image alignment issues but image source linking is important. Please relook at the issue I shared under point-2 above. Will you want to check it on my website for the error?

Thank you for the response and clear instructions .

Few things-

As of now I have 25+ plugins installed under the wordpress while as I can see in the screenshot http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh , there are almost 10 plugins whitelisted under TDbooster.

Does it mean that having any other plugins other than these 10 plugins will automatically disable the TDbooster even if it is activated under the plugin dashboard. Right?

But then on my “system status “dashboard ( see here : https://i.imgur.com/rpcyRvM.jpg ) why it’s showing only one incompatible plugins even though there are 15+ plugins which are activated but not whitelisted under the tdbooster plugin? Or is it because under the “system status” it can only show one name, no matter even if other plugins are also causing compatibility ?

Now about the workaround solution:

1. Can I whitelist the incompatible plugins ( in this case the one plugin name “adminise” shown under system status ) If yes then what code should I write there under the TDbooster .php file.

2. The second method you said is to remove ( or commenting out) the code which causes the restrictions on incompatible plugins and hence I should remove the codes shown here http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh .

And you somehow missed to respond on the point no-5 in my previous comment where I tried to detect the JS/CSS files but couldn’t achieve the desired result. I am copying the same question here again:

5. I tried to move the JS, CSS files under footer based on the instructions given here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ . I extracted and copied the list of registered JS and CSS files in a text file ( Look here: http://pastebin.com/D5CAive8 )

but then I compared it with my blocking JS/CSS listed under Pagespeed ( look here: http://pastebin.com/EH2uS3Pz )

But the problem is, almost none of the JS/CSS files listed under Pagespeed is matching with the one I extracted from my sites using functions.php code. For example- As per Pagespeed, I can see that YTSubscribe and Facebook Login JS/CSS files are causing issues, but I can’t find it under the extracted list.

Please take your time and help me to achieve greater speed and performance of my site. I just notcied that there are “Category tags color on post page” option under category section of theme as shown by you here in this screenshot (http://screencast.com/t/IzHh4pAQRPn9 )

but I can’t find any global option to show the colored tags as shown in this image. I can only see the “category specific setting for this” . Has it been removed from global settings in the new update? Is there any way to make colored tag option global?

Also , what will happen if I have selected the “Colored category tags” for the primary category and then left other subcategories at default, will it still show the colored tags for subcategories or I individually have set colored for each sub categories?

I couldn’t understand what you say because there were how-to-guide or simple instructions. It also probably means that it involves complex coding task and hence probably I should probably hire a developer ( as you always say 🙂 which I won’t , because I don’t earn anything yet from my website.

The solution that you have given is not exactly what I am looking for, but for now, it will work for me 🙂

Though I noticed that the code only hides the counter from the Facebook button ( as per the screenshot). Please help me to do the same thing with Twitter and YouTube etc. I know these buttons will need extra two lines of code for each social networks. but it might be easy for you to write these codes as you know the system internally.

Though if you think, it will take much more precious minutes from your life, you may skip my request.

Oh! Now I understood, I was actually looking for the word “SHARE ON FACEBOOK ” , “TWEET ON TWITTER” at the end of the post, but these codes only changes on the size and padding that’s why I couldn’t notice the difference much.

I am really sorry for causing so much troubles again and again for silly things but sometimes you just wasnt to do things right.

Is there any way to change the text inside because by adding the texts, I think it will automatically become bigger. I only want to increase size ( add the texts ) for Facebook and if possible Twitter too… and we do have space on the right. ( Have a look : https://i.imgur.com/sDnELit.jpg )

In simple words:

1. I want to increase the width of Facebook share button on the top below post title. My thoughts are inspired from ViralNova or boredpanda share button which uses full length big facebook share buttons. So, I want to make “FACEBOOK SHARE BUTTON” more prominent. We can leave others buttons as it is ( but only the heights of all buttons should be similar). I know these are only some plays of CSS codes but since I don’t know CSS, you may help please. 2. And then I want the share buttons to look same at the end of the post as it as the beginning.

PS: Don’t we have “Social share/like counting option” by default as with previous themes as well as with Addthis code, It used to show total number of shares or cumulative number of shares.

Okay! what I do is I copy the files which needs some changes to the Child theme folder and then make some modifications. Is this the right way?

I mean in case of “Child theme” do WordPress automatically look in the child theme for a file and if it doesn’t find here, only then it looks for the corresponding file under original theme?

Please help me to understand child theme better. I have gone through the Child theme tutorial but these things are not clear. Thank you.

Though while updating these codes in each loop-single.php files I noticed that div class “module-meta-info” was available on in Loop-single.php ( default), 1, 5,9 and 10.

I have tried adding !important; previously but it didn’t work 🙁 By the way, I use child theme style.css for modifications and have previously used few codes there and those codes are working well.

Should I try adding these codes under custom CSS section of theme panel?

What result should I expect if it works fine? I mean , Will I get the similar share button at the bottom too as it is at the begining?

Though I have used the first code that was shared by Bogdan to increase the font size and that is working perfectly well. I only wanted to get the similar share button at the end of the post too.
