You can achieve this using different ( or the same template duplicate) templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit the template with tagDiv Composer and set in it the ads.

WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for RSS Feed, sorry! This is a default WordPress functionality which is not theme related. Yes those are usually the icons for social media, arrows, stars, user … a part of theme can be found in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/mobile/includes/less_files/font-icons.less also you can find those in wp-content/themes/Newspaper/font-newspaper.css

Usually that effect come’s from some plugins, in your case I think is came from jetpack, please deactivate the jetpack plugin ( if you do not have this plugin, please deactivate all non theme plugins ), clear all cache and try again.
I think jetpack have some settings for that effect.
